I had some competing work things which meant I was really late trying to find a new place with only a few weeks left! I saw the advert on Rightmove and Jaeda Gascoyne called me so quickly and arranged the earliest viewing I could get. She supported the whole process and was always a great help! She was honest and transparent and explained the entire process clearly that I was able to complete the stages with ease.

We had a pleasant experience. We were given the time to look around the property and were not rushed. Questions were answered promptly. The offer process was ok - it was easy to do and a relatively normal negotiation process.

Absolutely useless customer service. They work like a scammer. You give your money and keep chasing them after. after taking your money they will only waste your time after weeks after weeks, and in the end they will say they are detaining your holding deposit they had to put their time on it but you didn't put your time and money on it. Im putting a legal complaints on them very soon. I have tried to reach out to them enough time but no response.

There is an online portal that you register as tenant or landlord. The platform is not maintained, customer support is useless. When you request a repair from the system, no one follow up if landlord fix it. They only collect money they are good at that. You can’t even end your tenancy via the system. They are asking rent automatically for an expired tenancy.

I have had an atrocious experience with this company they threaten to sue you for honest reviews( Landlord) and definelty in my opinion are not professional. After the expiry of a 24 month period , where in a couple of months no rent was paid by the agent I am finally getting rid of this traumatic agent.
They asked for feed back ( after threatening to sue)_- well here it is : - do not threaten to sue your CLIENT or a leaving honest reviews, instead improve transaparency of your service.

I do not know who Michelle is at the Company an can only think that this is a made up review by the Proprietor......
