PropertyLoop Reviews

Michelle L Was really helpful when viewing the property with great confidence and understanding.

I don't who has written the other reviews - the proprietor maybe?! Looking to let my flat, promised a quote on Friday, chased several times since then, no reply mostly, just one email promising to send it asap - and back to nothing. Don't waste your time with these people

Michelle was great and communication was always up to standard

This Company is being used to defraud your personal details and obtain your holding deposit will not be Refunded. Michelle is a Fraud who has pretended to be Manager who blocks your calls. Definitely AVOID at ALL Costs

I had such a wonderful experience working with Michelle. She was professional, attentive, and truly cared about explaining every single detail. I am in love with how she did her job, everything was handled perfectly. On top of that, she’s extremely cute which turned the viewing into a real joy. Highly recommend her!

Amazing

Very rubbish service and while you need to talk no reply for just refund have to wait for long long very disappointing no one support

Michelle L has been an amazing help going over and above to help me not only work with a workable offer but also help me find workable solutions to make accepting a tenancy possible. This included thinking out of the box. And beyond her initial scope to help find what's best and workable for me. While we didn't land on something workable for the property we were aiming to secure, working with her was a pleasure and I will continue to rely on her expertise and positive energy and work ethic to find a space. Definitely great customer experience and service thus far.

Michelle was a huge help in finding a home for me, a student in London. She was easy to talk to, quick to respond, and made the whole process feel simple. Really appreciated her support — would definitely recommend her.

I was nervous looking for my first apartment outside of my town in Wolverhampton, but then my agent Michelle helped me complete my move seamlessly. She was very friendly and created a calming atmosphere immediately and helped me through all of the hurdles so my move was effortless. I will recommend this company and especially Michelle to all of my friends who are moving houses. I would give 6 stars if possible but I had to leave a review I was so satisfied. :)
