Propertymade Residential have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The team are incredibly thoughtful, calm, professional, and responsive, which made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well-managed throughout.
They were consistently transparent, keeping me informed at every stage and making sure nothing felt unclear or rushed. It genuinely felt like they had my best interests at heart, which is rare and very much appreciated.
A special shout out to Ellie and Ervis, who were both brilliant to work with. Professional, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile.

Endrit honestly is the best. Whilst he was not our agent per se, given were the buyers, he was so responsive and supportive along the way. Whenever we shoot him a query, he gets back to us within the day or so, and he makes the entire process much more transparent. He’s genuine, knows his stuff and friendly. He’s so on top of our purchase, and makes the entire process way less stressful than it otherwise would have been. Hands down to Endrit!
