The team were professional in selling our property. The photographs and display in the window of their Tower Bridge office were excellent. They always had staff who were dressed well, spoke well and answered the calls and knew about the property when going in person to their office (unlike other Agents we had initially instructed). After viewings, they gave us detailed feedback which was helpful and they handled our buyers extremely well during a less than easy selling market time.

Renter - chose to move out because of experience of managing agent renewing contract for own financial gain and manipulating everything we as tenants said.

Not only does she outshine others at Cluttons, who manage our London flat, but she surpasses all property managers I’ve worked with globally. Dominique is the definition of responsive—never ignoring a single detail and always tackling challenges head-on.

When our HOA wasn’t paid by the agency, Dominique took charge immediately, coordinating with everyone involved until it was fully resolved. And when a long-neglected terrace deck issue had left the wood decayed beyond salvage, Dominique returned from maternity leave and took it upon herself to get everything restored properly.

Beyond her incredible efficiency, what sets Dominique apart is how well she works with people. She’s a natural leader who collaborates seamlessly with her associates, clients, and everyone within the firm. I have no doubt that her future is exceptionally bright because she has the talent to lead a team and achieve outstanding results no matter the challenge. If she were in the U.S., I’d hire her in a heartbeat. She’s just that exceptional.

We purchased a flat through Cluttons Tower Bridge and received excellent guidance and support. We are first time buyers in the UK and benefitted greatly from the excellent communication from the agent, Bryn Jenkins.

We recently completed a purchase of a property that Cluttons marketed. Our agent, Bek Aripov from the Paddington Office was very supportive and proactive in keeping the progress of the transaction going. He was also very responsive to concerns, or points that need more clarity, which he was quick and accurate in addressing.

My experience with Cluttons has been nothing short of frustrating and deeply disappointing. From the very beginning, communication was extremely poor, and promises were not kept. I was told that my property was ready to move into which turned out to be completely untrue.

After moving in, I discovered that the heating and hot water weren’t working, amongst many other things. Despite countless emails and phone calls over the course of three weeks, I received minimal responses and no real urgency from their side. By the time the issue was finally resolved, I had already fallen ill due to the lack of heating.

Other problems with the flat were only acknowledged after nearly five weeks of persistent chasing, and it was only when I mentioned involving the council that things began to move forward. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic respect for tenants’ time is unacceptable.

If you’re considering renting through Cluttons, I would strongly advise doing a thorough inspection before agreeing to move in and if possible I would recommend looking for another property altogether.

Overall, Cluttons has demonstrated a complete disregard for communication, tenant well-being, and basic property management standards. I would not recommend them to anyone.
