Poor Property Management Service
Our experience with Savills as the property management agent at Dandi Wembley has been very disappointing.
The building experienced no heating for over 2 months during winter, which was not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Temporary heaters provided were not sufficient and led to significantly increased electricity costs
There has been no clear or fair compensation plan despite prolonged disruption.
Maintenance responses have been slow and inconsistent, requiring repeated follow-ups
Silverfish were observed in both flats and common areas.
Rodent activity near bin areas was observed, with responsibility often attributed to residents rather than proactively addressed.
Overall, the management of the property has not met the standard expected, particularly in handling critical issues like heating, hot water, maintenance, and resident communication.
We would strongly recommend that prospective tenants understand how issues are handled in practice, not just what is communicated.

Bought a. Property via Savill’s Chester and was informed that there was parking at the property as per the sales brochure
I was advised at the time of purchasing that I would have to purchase a smaller car to fit into the allocated car park space. It was later determined that there was no parking at the property.

Outstanding service from Chloe at Savills Tunbridge Wells
Our rental search came with complications - a non-standard financial profile and specific requirements for the right property. Chloe handled both with patience and professionalism throughout. She was responsive to every query, no matter how detailed, and proactive in keeping things moving. Most importantly, she guided us through a vetting process that our circumstances made genuinely challenging, advocating on our behalf and ensuring nothing fell through the cracks. It would have been easy for an agent to deprioritise a difficult application, but Chloe did the opposite. We'd recommend her without hesitation.

What a terrible untrustworthy company
What a terrible untrustworthy company. They are responsible for Talbot Green Shopping Centre and they have employed SmartParking , an immoral and corrupt parking enforcement agency to monitor the parking there. After a couple of email exchanges with someone at Savills they stopped responding and refused to call back my enquiries. They are only interested in revenue from parking charges. Further showing why high street shopping is dying, because of Savills decision to use a highly dubious parking enforcement company that is completely without morals and acts illegally. I wouldn't trust them as a company at all.

Paid me less than they offered
Deposit fiasco. They wanted to take a lot of money for extra cleaning etc so I started a claim with Tds. They made an offer I agreed to and then paid me less anyway. They're not responding to my emails anymore. I'll have no choice but to go to small claims court. Please look into what you're doing because I thought it was a 'premium' company...
Edit: now they've emailed me again aggressively stating I agreed to the charges before via email so their offer via tds was not what they meant to deduct.

Extremely disappointed with Savills Rickmansworth. We were brought an "off‑market opportunity", encouraged repeatedly to stretch to our maximum, and then ghosted entirely. Six months later, the property was neither listed nor sold. Our time was wasted and the experience was emotionally disheartening.
Excellent service
All the staff at Savilles in Wilmslow were extremely professional but also friendly & polite . They kept us updated at all times with the process of the sale of the house . We would recommend Savilles to anyone choosing an estate agent .

Really disappointing experience from start to finish
We listed our flat with Savills in Canary Wharf back in September, and honestly, the experience has been pretty disappointing. We’ve only had a small number of viewings, and every time we’ve had to chase for feedback, nothing has ever been offered proactively.
We even agreed to drop the price, based on their advice that it would help generate more interest, but strangely we ended up with fewer viewings after that. It’s left us questioning how accurate their original market assessment really was, and whether they have a strong grasp of what’s happening in the local area right now.
Overall, we just haven’t felt supported or kept in the loop, and the lack of engagement has been really frustrating. Based on our experience, I don’t think we could recommend Savills in Canary Wharf.

Substantial Financial Loss for First Time Buyers
My partner and I, as first-time buyers, have been left extremely disappointed following our experience with Savills Telford.
We agreed to purchase a recently converted barn marketed by Savills and proceeded in good faith, incurring approximately £2,000 in legal and survey fees over a 10-month period. As Savills positions itself as a leading agent in the sale of unique and non-standard properties, we reasonably expected that appropriate due diligence would have been undertaken to ensure the property was mortgageable and that the necessary documentation and warranties were in place.
It later transpired that the property was effectively unmortgageable through mainstream lenders, most significantly due to the absence of an NHBC warranty, among other issues. Given these circumstances, the property ought to have been clearly marketed as suitable for cash buyers only.
While we acknowledge that the underlying issues were not directly caused by Savills, and we appreciate Beccy’s efforts to assist once the situation became apparent, we believe that more rigorous checks and clearer communication at the outset could have prevented us from committing substantial time and financial resources to a transaction that was not viable.
This experience has resulted in significant financial loss and unnecessary stress at what should have been an exciting milestone as first-time buyers. We would have expected a higher standard of diligence and transparency from an agency of Savills’ standing.

Never return calls!!
I have just received yet another mailing from Savills (Truro), offering their services in selling my house. This is ironic, in that we have phoned them twice to get a valuation, but no-one returns the call. If fact, last tome the office didn't answer - it rang for ages and then got put through to their nationwide coordinator. Clearly Truro were too busy to get in touch, but if they can't be bothered to try and get buyers on the books, heaven help anyone interested in trying to purchase a property!
