Cluttons Reviews

Our experience was with Cluttons at Tower Bridge, and with George Barker in particular.
We were very impressed with this agency when we bought our property a few years ago and have been equally impressed with them during the selling process. Consistently professional in everything they did, never pushy, and always quick to respond to any queries. We really could not fault them in any way and feel very glad we used them. They also recommended an extremely professional conveyancer. The two people coordinated the process diligently and speedily which helped to make the whole experience stress free. We couldn’t recommend them strongly enough.

I have been a tenant of Cluttons since August 2014 to date. Throughout these years Cluttons were always helpful, polite and professional. In this Regard, I would like to mention Maria Deneva and Alkis Kavouras whom are working hard to make my tenancy problem free. Thank you

Cluttons is a top-notch real estate agency—efficient, reliable, and always professional. I had a great experience working with Alkis Kavouras, who went above and beyond to assist with every step of the process. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience smooth. Highly recommended!

Alkis was great in helping get our flat up to spec for our new tenants. He ensured everything was in order and up to standard before the new tenants arrived - efficient reliable and a pleasure to deal with. Cluttons have been our agents for 10 years, and his service has been the best by far - thank you.

Very ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
11 Years of Reliable Support
I’ve been with Cluttons for 11 years, and that alone says a lot. Over the years, they’ve consistently shown professionalism, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to supporting both tenants and landlords.

Recently, Alkiviadis Kavouras helped manage a contract renewal and upgrade process. He handled everything smoothly and made what could have been a complicated stage feel straightforward and fair.

Maria Deneva has also been a constant point of support — always clear, responsive, and focused on making sure the landlord and I stayed aligned, especially around important flat improvements that benefit everyone involved.

Cluttons has earned my trust through steady, no-nonsense service and a willingness to listen and act when it matters. Thank you again to Alkiviadis, Maria

We recently worked with Bek Aripov on a property transaction and had an excellent experience. Throughout the process, he was professional, responsive, and proactive in ensuring everything moved forward smoothly. We would gladly recommend their services to others.

I have been a tenant with Cluttons for over 5 years in two properties and have always found them very responsive and helpful. Any issue I have had has been dealt with promptly and fairly and the renewal of my leases has been dealt with professionally. I would highly recommend to any prospective tenant or landlord. Alkis in the Wapping branch helped us with the smooth renewal of our lease and Maria is always on hand to help as our property manager.

I had a great experience dealing with Peter at Cluttons, Wapping, who helped to find a tenant for my flat. He was responsive and efficient but the thing I valued most (and which differentiated him from other agents in the market) was the personal and tailored approach he took.

George Barker and Cluttons are awesome. Helped us to buy our dream home. I know agents work for the sellers. But the service provided to me as buyer was incredible. We had multiple viewings. A quest for information that George did not give up on. He was on top of everything and really gave the purchasing process momentum.
Been in the new place for 4 weeks now.
It’s the dream. Thank you courting for making that possible. You are awesome agents.

I've been with Cluttons for just over a year, and they have always been very responsive whenever I reached out and always willing to find a way to make things work. Ever since I began renting at our current property, they have continually been putting in work to upkeep the property and make repairs.

Would rent from them again in the future.

I recently met Hamish at Cluttons who showed me around one of their properties.
He was very helpful and knowledgeable on the property and area. I hope to work with him again.

I have used Cluttons(Tower Bridge office)’ service when I was looking for and moving in to a flat in London and it was so pleasant and reliable. The agent Bhavika and Brooke were incredibly professional, thoughtful and caring from the viewing, contract singing, move-in process to post contract. Due to my personal situations, things got tricky and in tight schedule, but they were throughout the time kind, and took care of everything so thoughtfully. I got surprised for several times how thoughtful and professional they are seeing things by putting themselves in my shoes, catching and reminding me of all important things for me, trying to resolve any issues I had and always being reached promptly. One of the big reasons I have decided to move in to the flat is literally because they are the agency for this flat, whom I can trust and rely on. Thank you so much for your amazing services and cares.

Abby, Calum and Alkis were very helpful and super responsive throughout the rental process! Thanks all.

We have been working with George & Team on the sale of our property and have greatly valued all the perseverance and hard work shown by everyone! Great impartial advice and always looking out for the interests of their clients! A pleasure to work with and have had a clear and open channel of communication throughout the process. Thanks, George & Team!

Excellent experience with the sale of a property in London W2. It was a long process & throughout both Verity Chick & Bek Airpov were both professional & very helpful. Verity was always available to answer questions advise on issues & help with much form filling.

I had a very complicated sale of a flat in London. We used Veriy from Cluttons Hyde Park and she was fantastic , there were many obstacles to the sale and Verity led me through the whole processes there were many moving parts to this sale and to add to the complication I am living in Ireland ,but Verity kept me informed and advised on how to go about getting over different problems, documents being signed just one, this was a very long winded process dealing with the Council, Solicitors and different laws in U.K. to Ireland
So yes go to Cluttons Hide park and ask for Verity every time

Gemma and Madeline made our flat search and move in process seamless, easy, and straightforward. We really appreciated their help and professionalism - couldn't recommend them more!

Calum was absolutely amazing during our property search in Wapping, London. He showed us around a beautiful flat, and with his support and guidance we were able to send and receive acceptance of our offer within just a few days.

Additionally, we ran into several issues surrounding referencing; Calum was a great support during this, offering us constant communication and talking to us on the phone to help explain things to us. With his help, we were able to overcome the issues and sign the tenancy agreement for our dream flat (where I am now writing this from!).

The team at Cluttons were all also extremely friendly when we went in, and I know Calum kindly gave my partner a lift to the property for the key handover.

The property was also in pristine condition when we arrived to move in and it's clear hard work had been put in/organised in order to get the flat ready for us.

I have to say, this is my first and so far only positive experience with a letting agent in London; we have both had some terrible experiences with other agencies this year, and so I'm incredibly grateful Calum and the team at Cluttons have provided such a positive experience for my partner and I's first property together! I'll be recommending Cluttons to everyone now.
