My meeting with the buyers' agent was canceled before it even happened, which was very disappointing. The decision was made by a team member who felt I wasn't being transparent enough with my financial details during a preliminary call. I found their approach to be unprofessional and based on assumptions rather than a willingness to have a proper conversation. For anyone seeking an agent, be aware that their process may involve making judgments about you before you've even had a chance to speak with the main agent.

I understand your process and the importance you place on transparency. That said, on the initial call, the team member identified himself as your brother. Given that he is not a director himself, I was not comfortable sharing my confidential financial details with him and preferred to have that discussion directly with the directors of the business.

I would also note that I was not informed of the cancellation via WhatsApp. The team member simply stopped responding, and I discovered the meeting had been canceled after checking my email.

It is clear that our preferred ways of working are not a match. I have since found an agent who is a better fit for my needs, and I wish you all the best with your business.

We have used the services of Property Twins twice, once to buy our investment property in Brisbane about 4 years ago and one recently to buy a property in Perth through SMSF. We have had great experience both the times. Both Sana and Mona are extremely knowledgeable and know what they are doing. The properties we have bought through them are high quality and we can already see the potential. We would also like to shout out to the admin team of Jade and Maria for guiding us through all the procedures of buying the property.

Every step of the process, the Property Twins have been more than amazing, to say the least. Trust me, there are many steps and things that you cannot do on your own.
All I had to do was sign the documents. They took care of everything.
They never gave an impression that I had to rush into making any decision, which is the best part.
The information at every stage was presented without me asking for it and in layman's language.
It is my second property with the twins and hopefully many more to come in future.
