Simple and clear platform to invest in property. Small minimum investment means that it's accessible to most. Process of investing was very straightforward and not onerous. One question is why fees are taken at point of investment rather than at the end of investment - so you don't fully invest what you intended to. Perhaps this is the norm with crowdfunding type investing. It's not a show stopper but food for thought.
