Fantastic service from Paul. My Sage Oracle stopped working days before Christmas and while a number of others could not fit me in due to their Xmas break, it was no bother to Paul. Speedy repair with videos to show my machine making a coffee. All done in 2 days.

My Gaggia Classic pre 2009 is at times overcome by limescale even though I have filtered water.
However, I had the good fortune to discover Paul at ProPresso some years ago.
If you wish to keep your Machine working perfectly, Paul is your man extremely professional very quick turnaround time at a very reasonable price.

This company is a gem. I guarantee you will not be disappointed using them for a repair or service. I took my Sage Espresso Impress Express to Paul with a persistant problem and he quickly and correctly diagnosed a new grinder motor was required which completely solved the issue. Simply cannot recommend enough... 5 stars every time.
After many years of incompetent so called 'professional' engineers, we are very lucky to have found Paul.
We run two La Marzocco commercial machines (KB90 & FB80) which Paul has been servicing/attending breakdowns on for a while now. Last year he did a complete renovation of the older machine and it's running like a dream. Now we've asked him to do the same on our newer model.
Paul's communication is fantastic, he always does his very best to attend our site as soon as he can.
Importantly he DOES NOT RIP YOU OFF! Unlike the large companies with teams of incompetent engineers.
Whether you have a home coffee machine or the best commercial model out there, you can certainly trust Paul to work his magic on it. He even does it with a smile :)

I've used Propresso for a few years now for my (and my friend's) Gaggia Classic espresso machines and I've found it friendly and efficient. I have an annual service, and Paul - who runs Propresso - always explains up front if he has to purchase any parts, so there are no nasty surprises. He also reminds you what you need to do to look after your machine a bit better. I've seen in the workshop there are lots of different brands of machine being worked on.
