Paul at Propresso Coffee was excellent. He serviced my Sage Barista machine and was so helpful talking me through the issues I was having with making good coffee. He clearly knows these machines inside out and took the time to explain what had been done and how to improve my setup going forward. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional – the machine is now working perfectly. Highly recommended.

What an incredible experience!
What an incredible experience!! I had a SAGE Barista coffee machine that had a broken steam wand and water tap, and the team here fixed it in a day! Paul was wonderful when I came to collect, super helpful in helping me pack up and carry the machine, and even gave me a free missing part so I could get straight to drinking wonderful coffee. Couldn’t recommend more, and the flat rate price is super reasonable for the level of repairs they offer.

Fixed my Sage machine over a year ago
Fixed my Sage machine over a year ago. Recently it developed a fault due to my own lack of cleaning, and he was kind enough to send me the part I needed for a small fix. Great aftercare and very helpful, highly recommended.

Great service support
Excellent service from Paul, responded on whatsapp promptly and has all the necessary arrangements to have the coffee machine dropped off even if it's a weekend. Had my espresso machine repaired the same day and I can't recommend Paul enough. Top bloke and fantastic service

Very knowledgeable and extremely quick…
Very knowledgeable and extremely quick service on my Sage espresso machine. He even let me see what was being repaired and let me know how to prevent it from happening again. Also shared knowledge that isn’t in the manual about adjusting for the perfect cup.

Really great company
Really great, efficient and speedy service from Paul at ProPresso. He repaired my Delonghi Magnifica coffee machine quickly and was confident he knew what the problem was. Excellent communications throughout, even sending a little video of it working again. I know where to go if my coffee machine has problems again in the future.

Helpful, friendly and professional
Paul was most helpful, friendly and professional in his approach. Fixed my Sage machine in an hour (replaced solenoid) and gave me lots of tips and links on how to maintain the machine and program it. Very happy.

Paul was great to deal with
Paul was great to deal with, turned my Sage Barrister repair around in a couple of hours so I didn't have to travel back far. Its working like new now, well worth the money and its had a good service as well as the repair. I'm glad I took the machine to him as it gave an insight into the range of stuff he fixes, folk with very expensive machines clearly trust him.

Great company
Once he knew I had travelled over an hour to get to him, he sent me off for a coffee and fixed my machine immediately. He did a great job and the machine was serviced and cleaned and is working perfectly now. I would highly recommend their services.
