Was looking for a light weight waterproof top online. Saw just what I was looking for on-line plus had a 3 year guarantee.
Very easy to order and received within two days which was brilliant.
Was exactly what it said it was so would recommend the Pro Pac light hooded rain jacket. Sizing was also spot on.

Whole process took far too long !
Ordered a sweater ,it was lovely but far too big ,so sizes are on the generous side.
Had to return ,no response of return ,I had to contact only to be advised that returns are only actioned once a week on a Thursday.
Just think in days of e commerce this is poor .

Two out of three deliveries missed because the courier company does not advise a delivery time. Every other company gives a day and then even an hourly slot and offers choices if you’re out. ProQuip are great but delivery arrangements poor.
