Was sent out and DHL said failed delivery.only found out on Shopify they have returned to Urban. No comms from Urban except saying are you enjoying your delivery. Not we still have your items ?!?!?

Not happy they haven’t reached out!

Could do much better.

Excellent service and all products fitted perfectly contacted customer services about a colour and size and the response was immediate ordered again and would recommend

Chris in Ipswich suffolkGreat service. Great choice of Sergio pieces. I bought a Sergio masters in brown. Have shopped online and in store before. Will be in Manchester over Christmas so will definitely be popping in.

Called in to look at the new Gabicci range, Reece looked after us very well. Went in with the intention of buying perhaps 1 piece, was so impressed with the offering, came out with 3! Always a well laid out shop with a great range of products and very friendly staff. If you are in the area always worth dropping in.

I visited the store on Thursday 1st October. Absolutely fantastic service from Reese. I purchased several items trying on various bits and pieces. I left my jacket on a rail by mistake. I contacted Reese the next day and he said he had my Jacket. I live in Derby. He posted it the same day and I received it today Saturday 3rd October. Unbelievable service, highly recommend.

Quick delivery. Outstanding quality of clothing. Excellent service

Good price , easy to order and fast delivery . The fila tracksuit top fits perfectly and is top quality.I will definitely buy again from the online store and will be visiting the store when I am next in Bury.

Item was great quality. Timeframe of delivery was excellent. Unfortunately I had to return item as rag and bag label was the size I ordered but the item itself was a size smaller. Return/exchange seems straightforward just waiting on replacement now.

Fast delivery great quality
10/10 will shop again

Only used once but order was excellent and delivered on time the next day

Just love Urban Menswear and the clothing they have. Stylish and very well made at affordable prices which means looking good doesn't have to cost the earth. The Trojan shirts are particularly good with lots of variety. Urban Menswear is my choice when I want to look good but different.
