STAY AWAY DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND BORROW FROM PROSPA.
More than happy to hand the money over in a few days but when it comes to getting help nothing.
Have been trying for over 4 months to get financial hardship with this lot and still nothing have had to refer it on to AFCA.
They do not care at all about you when your business is about to go under and you have major health issues,
They just continue to take money every week even double payments sometimes.
They don’t care for the person just their bottom dollar.
They just don’t care FULL STOP.

Worst lender I have ever dealt with
Worst lender I have ever dealt with. I agreed to one direct debit payment per week, but they have been taking three to four direct debits without my knowledge or approval. This has put my business under serious financial pressure and caused unnecessary difficulties.
They are also charging what I consider to be extremely high interest—over 24%. I strongly advise other small business owners to be very careful before dealing with this lender. In my experience, their practices have caused significant financial stress and made running my business much more difficult.
Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I feel that small businesses deserve much better transparency, communication, and fair treatment.

I think the app and processes are quite good, however after being a loyal customer for over 4 years and paying an exhorbitant amount of interest the renewal was denied as I had two months of zero income due to a holiday and project job running over. So facility closed and they left me in the lurch big time. Cannot recommend this company. If you really need shadow lending seek another provider
