We have just completed our house purchase and have used Ethan and prosper for the third time. Each and everytime he has found us a good mortgage product and dealt with any issues that came up quickly. We would not use anybody else. Great guy and a great company.

Having been totally and utterly let down by an independent financial advisors based in Hailsham, East Sussex, we were recommended to Prosper by a local estate agent. We spoke to them at 14:30 on a Friday, and by 16:30 had quotes back confirming our borrowing options. Paul then continued to work on our quotes over the weekend (despite being closed) and by Monday afternoon had us a mortgage in principle arranged. The formal paperwork was submitted on the 11th of the month with a formal offer in place only 7 days later. Paul and his team were thorough, professional and more than capable. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Will definitely use again and have already recommended them to friends and family. Top tier outfit! Many thanks guys.
