I was recommended to speak with Prosper home loans and especially Ashley. I was able to meet briefly in person and explain my situation. I could see that from the off he understood my standpoint and I could tell he was determined to get me sorted. Well Ashley pulled out all the stops and I’m on the last stretch now to having a better mortgage deal.

From the outset Ashley was very friendly and explained everything clearly. Ashley went above and beyond to get us the mortgage we needed kept us updated at every stage, and was extremely professional and efficient.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I was passed Ash's details from a colleague and i can see why they recommended him. Nothing was too much trouble. We first went to Ethan and Paul back in 2018 when we were starting to look into buying our first property. It’s a scary process as it is but I am also terrible with numbers and we had been previously warned that having one of us self-employed would be a problem! Paul sat with us for sometime and explained mortgages and didn’t at one point make me feel stupid and he helped us understand the self-employment side of a mortgage. Unfortunately in that year, we struggled to find our perfect property and naturally life got in the way. Roughly 8 months later we asked Prosper for their help again, Ethan again explained the process and they were quick to find us the right mortgage. Both Ellie and Ethan guided us through all the steps of the process and supported us when we struggled with the pressures of solicitors. Now, 10 months down the line, Ellie has still supported us in sourcing life insurance and we are both extremely grateful for all their help in this very difficult year.

I would highly recommend Prosper Home Loans - excellent service all round. They worked quickly and considerately on our first mortgage. Brilliant response times, availability and high quality service. Their application portal is incredibly helpful for uploading information and checking the status. Really professional team with strong expertise.

Ethan, Ellie and Paul were great assets through what was a very difficult process for us as our house purchase wasn't very straight forward and I genuinely think if it weren't for their quick responses and hard work we wouldn't have got our house.
