I had a painful abdominal for hours, my family doctor was not available and the virtual doctor was only hope. It took a little bit time but it worth it, doctor was so patient and asked questions and history of my pain and recognized the reason of pain and send medication to my convenience pharmacy, thank you doctor and wonderful team, I recommend to everyone to know this helpful website it exists.

It was super easy and quick to book a visit. This saved me from having to drive over an hour and wait in Urgent Care! Kaiser didn’t have any virtual visits available so I’m grateful for Prosper! The doctor gave a good quality assessment and advice.

Dr. Was great add on subscription $ NOT
The doctor was great it was easy to get an appointment and talked with the doctor and got my needs fulfilled however what they didn't tell me was anything about this $69 subscription fee and I only knew about it when it showed up on my credit card three days later. NOT COOL. I immediately called them because I didn't even know what it was for and that's when they explained to me about this $69 subscription fee which they said nothing to me about prior to my online consultation. They told me they would cancel it and give me a refund however I have not yet received the refund I did get a email saying it was being canceled and it's been 3 days now so we'll see but you can't just sign people up for subscriptions without telling them anything about it either on the phone or in an email or anything.

I'm sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the $69 subscription fee. It's important to us that our patients are fully informed, and so we will take your feedback into consideration. Our membership is communicated at the time of booking, it's on our front website, and after your account is created you receive an email explaining the membership benefits and cost.
I appreciate you reaching out about the refund, as explained in your email the refund was submitted at the time you contacted us but it takes a few days for the banks to process the refund. If you have any further concerns, please let us know.

The ease of scheduling and how quickly I was able to be seen. She was able to diagnose me within minutes and sent my script to my pharmacy promptly. My script was ready for pick up in less than an hours.
It’s only been 24 hours and I’m feeling better already.
