Customer service excellent and very transparent, ordered a power washer came the day before.

Recently purchased the Pro Splash PS-205 Petrol Power Washer through the B&Q website. Got a great deal this way and i was making the step up from an electric karcher power washer to this.

Firstly the delivery went without any issues, the item arrived quickly and very well packaged.

The set up of the machine was clearly laid out in the instructions which were detailed. I would recommend paying attention to the oil you need and use super unleaded fuel if you can.

This being my first petrol washer, I ran into some issues on the 2nd use which turned out to simply be a lack of fuel. Embarrassingly i made contact with the guys at Pro Splash before realsing my error and they called me within 5 minutes on Saturday after 5pm. They had loads of patience and did a video call with me troubleshooting along the way. They also took time to explain the machine to me and gave me some really good tips on how to get the best out of it.

Given the excellent customer service and the high quality of the product, I would not hesitate to use this company again. The product itself is a massive improvement on the old electric one I had and has cut the job of cleaning the patio from a full day to a few hours.

Item was never delivered, they accepted my order and took the funds, however they cancelled the order blaming everyone but themselves. Money refunded but failed to provide me with the true reason they cancelled. Never responded to my request for information

Twice now my trigger has broken on telescopic lance with only a handful of times used the first time and only twice used the second time. First time they fixed it no problem but the second they would not fix it under warranty as they said it was broke by “excessive force”. How much force do you need to pull a trigger and how can it be excessive if the trigger only goes back so far? Tried to charge me £40 just for the trigger which is a third the price of the whole lance. It could have been a good product apart from the cheap plastic. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE AS THE PRODUCTS ARE CHEAPLY MADE AND THEY WILL NOT HONOUR THE WARRANTY

Great service, great price and far better power washer than my previous Karcher K4

I decided to purchase a ProSplash PS200R pressure washer bundle after a good deal of research into what would best meet my requirements for DIY and heavy-duty use around my property. The bundle deal was great value for the specifications of the washer.
I have been very impressed by my experience throughout, online purchase was very straightforward and delivery to mainland UK very fast.
The machine was very well packaged, arriving with no problems. I found assembly very straightforward and the washer was in use the day of delivery. Over 2 days of extensive cleaning of concrete hardstanding, hard landscaping and a large block driveway, the washer has not skipped a beat.
Prosplash followed up with a customer service phonecall and I am more than happy to leave this review on my experience with them.
I am genuinely impressed with the product and service Prosplash provide.

Hi Guys hope your all well 🙂 Just bought the "PRO SPLASH PS-200R-PL & TELESCOPIC POLE BUNDLE" And boy o boy am I HAPPY with my purchase 🙂 < this thing is so powerful that you have to watch wot your doing with it LOL Putting it together is EASY:) Every thing comes with it 🙂 ( TOOLS included ) They thought of every thing 🙂 You even get thread tape to connect the hose to the pump 🙂 so when you have it all together & you've put the oil & fuel in your GOOD to go 🙂 NOW the only thing I found wrong ( & this could have been my fault) DO NOT start it with the lance still on the washer as this will melt part of the lance 🙁 as it is next to the exhaust ! ( could do with being on the other side of the machine, The only other fault is the rotary nozzle leaks 🙁 Used the washer 3 days because of the weather & it has worked with out any problems 🙂 🙂 Today 13/01/03 got a phone call from a YOUNG LADY 🙂 asking me about my purchase & I told her about the leaking nozzle & she said that she would get some one to ring me !! ( ye right we have ALL heard that before LOL ) well no S : Sherlock 15 mins later got a call from a Guy in Northern Ireland saying that he under stood I was having problems ! Told him wot it was & he said he would post me a NEW rotary jet out 🙂 & if that did not fix the problem to contact him & he would send a NEW lance to see if that fixed it ! NOW that is wot I call GREAT after sales 🙂 when the seller contacts the buyer out of the blue ! Would I recommend this product ? in a heart beat ! would I buy from this firm again ? in a heart beat ! I also bought a electric washer for my Dad & I will give a review on it when Dads used it 🙂 Sorry this is a bit long winded BUT I'm only telling you my thoughts on the washer & PRO SPLASH ! From time of order, they delivered to our front door within two days.
I have to say we were very happy with the service and the quality was of the highest standard.
I would highly recommend this company.
