Protection UK Ltd Reviews 

After reading reviews I decided to complete our will with protection uk LTD. I found Chris very professional and understanding.
The service he provided was excellent , his legal paper work was very organised and very professional. Packed with extra booklets of information which I feel went above and beyond the level of service I expected .
Chris offered expert advise and went into detail to ensure everything was explained professionally .
I could not fault the service I received and would highly recommend chris and his company to anyone !
The only thing is, I wish I would of contacted him sooner.

I have dealt with the Protection UK Ltd team for over 3 years now and have to say their customer service is impressive. First Chris helped me sort out a will and power of attorney for my dad, he then helped me source a funeral life insurance plan which I had struggled on. Every time I contact them, I always receive a reply within minutes and even during the evening or weekends.

I was also impressed when our family received birthday and Christmas cards from the team at Protection UK. I have to say the care they show towards us a breath of fresh air, I am used to spending hours on the phone on hold waiting for companies and its good to know my family is protected and looked after by the team at Protection UK.

I get so many cold calls about products, and I would never deal with anyone else, they have truly won my trust and loyalty over the years and I know they’re only ever a phone call away.

I can’t speak highly enough of them and always refer to them to anyone needing their services.

I only have time reviewing my accounts during the weekend and this company especially Chris have been doing above and beyond in making sure my questions and requests are catered spot on. He understands like how a family would. I've known him through a friend and now I know why I was given the recommendation. I would say this company lives up to it's name "Protection" because I indeed feel protected, so as my loved ones.

Chris was fantastic from the first phone call, i explained what I wanted and what I had previously from other company's and he was straight up and said he could better it and also save me money while doing it.
I have now life insurance with him, critical insurance with him and he has also sorted insurance for our 2 holiday Chalets which was fantastic and saved us a small fortune.
He can also sort mortgages out which will be our next step to build 2 more Chalets which he will also help us with.

Everyone at Protection UK have been amazing. They have all gone above a beyond.

Amy was extremely helpful in the beginning sorting out our life Insurance & critical illness policy’s. She went through all our options and work hard to find us the cover we needed at the best price.

Chris finalised everything and again has been fantastic and very patient, as we work very varied hours. They have been so accommodating, working through things with us, out of hours, at times that worked best for us which we really appreciated.

I happened to mentioned to them that we wanted to sort out our mortage and when they said they could also do this for us we jumped at the chance. Roxy then found us a great deal, saving us a lot of money. she also when out of her way to help us.

They really are ALL so kind and friendly, such a fantastic team. We feel like we have made some great friends who we can call at any time and know they would be happy to help.

We are so pleased we have used Protection UK and would highly recommend them to anyone and feel very happy knowing we are now in their capable hands moving forwards, as they are going to keep in eye on and review our polices yearly to ensure we continue to have the right amount of cover and mortage deal for the best price.

To finish it off we are now just in the process of drawing up our wills. A job we have been meaning to do for years and never got round to it and they offered to also do this for us. They have been very reliable and we wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Protection UK is a team I highly recommend. In comparison to previous experiences I have had with other companies, Chris kept us informed throughout the process and kept his word that he would take care of us. The company cares about their clients and puts them first. I will be referring them to friends and family. We can't think Chris enough for his help and advice and finding a product that covers diabetics.

Fantastic easy experience... extremely helpful

Chris provides a brilliant service. We have had numerous phone calls about what level of cover is best to protect my family and the premium we paid was also competitive. He answered all my questions/queries and explained everything in a simple manner. He always responds really quickly to any queries I may have which is also a massive positive.
