Genuinely useful helped organise my insurances

This is a scam. Watch out for Aaron who has little angry man syndrome when you call him out on this

Got passed through to this broker today, they had a look over my current insurance policy and pointed out some real issues that they could fix in my protection, very satisfied with this service

Pestering 🔔 ends only want your money when you tell them no they try and try and try and ring again and again do t take no for a answer

Cold call from William of India, pretending to be from my insurance provider telling me that they had sent a letter and wanted to follow up on a renewal. None of this was accurate, I don’t have a policy and didn’t receive a letter. I asked if he worked for a broker, he said no, which as they are regulated by the FCA he should have been transparent about. Passed me on to an advisor who wanted my details, and to sell me a new unnecessary policy or perhaps just steal my identity. Who knows…

Not sure who these are. Someone apparently from Aviva phone me to ask if I’d received my life insurance policy renewal letter (I don’t have life insurance). They passed me over to this company trying to sell me life insurance.

They called me asking a bunch of questions about my situation, eg. age, rent, whether I work part time or full time etc.. I was later patched through (rather persistently) to an advisor, who wanted to know my full name, date of birth and address. Meanwhile, I don't have a policy with them nor ever heard of them. I don't know how they got my number either and when I asked that, I got a rather sketchy response. It all seemed quite suspicious to me. After ending the call I did a little digging and I found on the home office website, a company with the same name that was dissolved in 2017.

I'd say be very cautious about dealing with them!!

Absolute charlatans. Called me up pretending to represent my actual life insurance company as their 'underwriter' who wanted to do a policy review with me. They tried to solicit personal information and I can only assume their aim was to try and get me to take out another policy with them...? Goodness knows how they got my number. It wasn't going to happen depite their endless pushy questions. I then called my actual Life Insurance company who confirmed this had absolutely nothing to do with them - they've reported it. I'd honestly just put the phone down if you ever receive a call from Protect Select!

Very long call ( almost an hour) very professional was Jack. Didn't like giving my bank details before I'd fully committing to taking out any policy with them. Very pushy on this. I don't say Yes to anything over the phone with an unsolicited call
I sleep on it..

I would like to say a massive thank you to Ryan who I received a phone call from regarding my life insurance. He was very informative and professional the whole time, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. He made sure to fit our calls around my work schedule and supported me throughout the whole application to ensure it was a life insurance policy that suited me. Beware of this company. Took out a policy with quote easy, seems they are the same company. I found a better policy and cancelled, they have now threatened me with a £250.00 cancellation fee. Woman keeps calling me with a complete attitude. I have informed Aegon on the issue whom have advised they will look into the matter.
