I am proud to be a patriot but I do not want another membership only a tee shirt. I was willing to pay but not the monthly fee. The company has incredible customer service and the individual you get to speak to and who handles you is excellent. You guys are excellent.

I purchased pens from this patriot company back in on April 16 . We’ve been emailing back and forth the last email was in the beginning of September and here we are going into October and my issue has not been resolved and received no merchandise.
Terrible accountability!!!

Proudpatriots was able to process my concern with speed and accuracy. This company stands behind their consumers issue(s) and makes you want to continue to shop on their website.

Had a question on an order and emailed. I received a response shortly after I asked. After the product delivered they emailed again to make sure everything bess accurate. Great service thanks

On August 21st 2025, I made a purchase on PP.com and elected to accept a Trial Membership to your PP VIP club. I understood that I would be charged for the membership AFTER 21 days of TRIAL. I did not wait 21 days to ask to be excused. I decided to discontinue the trial and ask to be excused without charge. I received an email, on September 4th, replying to my message to you, at support at proudpatriots.com, stating that there was no Trial membership in my name to be canceled. I was surprised because that was not what I recalled. Thank you! I guess my memory was at fault. I will continue to shop at Proud Patriots! Customer service is very quick to respond and very understanding.

I got my item I ordered in promptly time. And then I canceled my membership. They were very nice about everything

Customer Service was excellent. They responded to my message within 24 hours and resolved it that same day they responded.

I bought two shirts totaling over $130.00 from this company. The order took a very long time to ship.
When it finally arrived, the graphics were very poor and amateurish. Junk.
I reached out to the company several times trying to return the shirts. Zero response.
Awful product. Awful customer service. Buyer beware.

I had an issue with one of my cards not individually numbered. I emailed them and today I got an email from them and they are going to send me another card. Great customer service.. Thank you!!!!

I had a.quality issue with an advertised item I purchased. The company would not let me return the item for a refund because it may have been worn and couldn't be resold. They did offer me a no return + 50% refund which I chose because I could give the product to another veteran. They were more than pleasant during our back and forth and in doing so have kept me as a future customer.

Exceptional customer service. I received my Musk bobble head in less than perfect condition and before I knew it they were shipping me a replacement. Fantastic service. I’ll be buying much now worry free.
