Exceptional customer service. I received my Musk bobble head in less than perfect condition and before I knew it they were shipping me a replacement. Fantastic service. I’ll be buying much now worry free.

I like that the Comoany provides Patriotic items. I have purchased more than once. I recently received an item that I didn't like once I rec'd it and was hesitant about the return process. To my delight, I emailed them, rec'd the return address, mailed item back and promptly rec'd what I paid (less shipping) back into my account. So yes, they honor their return policy.

My MAGA Bear order was lost in the mail. Tiffany from your Customer Service Department was outstanding with whom to work. She replaced the missing order, and even agreed to ship it on a specifici date so that I would be home when it arrived. Tiffany was friendly, cooperative, and very professional. I am sure I will be ordering other items from Proud Patriots in the future.

Truthly I almost forgot that I ordered $100 worth of pens and when I remembered I contacted Proud Patriots and their response was awesome and might I add the order was placed 5 Months ago and expected to ship in May…which I knew. I also ordered the $10 tumblers which were more readily available and a very nice product.
