Within on day, I received a response from Tiffany who resolved my issue without question. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely do business with this company in the future.

Hey there, Cheyenne: Being a longtime Trump supporter and someone who wants to help him MAGA, I purchased some of the colored Trump $2 bills. I plan on keeping a couple for myself and giving the rest as gifts. During the ordering process, I was given the date when the items would be delivered to my home. They were delivered on that date, as promised and the packaging of the product was nothing short of totally professional and First Class!!

This company is not patriotic at all it takes over a month to get a response from an email which then they hold against you when it comes to returning your products which I needed to return because I ordered five talking Trump dolls and got five non-talking Trump dolls which were gifts that I was to give very disappointed and will not continue business with them

I placed my order late Friday. I left a message with customer service on Saturday that l needed to correct the size. They contacted me on Monday to verify size and order before they prepared the order. It was a wonderful experience to actually have someone who cared and wanted to help me. I will definitely order from them again.

I only gave him one star because you couldn’t give him anything less. I agree with the folks that say this company is a complete scam. I’ve emailed them multiple times requesting a shipping date and they gave me some BS story that it’s back ordered until May. This was ordered sometime back in January and I haven’t heard a thing from them complete waste of money. I’m gonna contact credit card company and see if I can have the charges reversed, DO NOT trust proud patriot because they are a scam

Proud Patriots is a very friendly and efficient business! Hello,😊l have to share my experience with Proud Patriots. l ordered The Black and Gold Trump Coin and after I placed the order I realized I had forgotten to add my 20% coupon code. So I emailed customer service to see if they can honor my coupon and within 5 minutes Cheyenne from customer service responded back and gave me the discount immediately!!🙌🏼😍 wow!! I was shocked how fast customer service response is.thank you so much!! You guys are the best you guys made my day😊👍🏼♥️

I have had 4-5 transactions with Proud Patriots over the approx 6 months. Each and every one of them has been outstanding. The 15 grandkids with enjoy their Trump inauguration IKE dollars.

Got the Trumpinator Bear! It's so cute. Wasn't sure how to get it to work but customer service was quick and friendly and helped me figure it out. It's really neat....says all kinds of cool phrases!! These bears are gonna be worth money. They already sold out on Amazon and I see them all over ebay for more money.

I experienced some confusion about the order process and I cannot begin to say how absolutely Amazing their customer service is! Yes, there's a 24-48 delay but they literally went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied! I saw reviews stating they never got back to people and it's a scam etc etc but there's NO way that's anything other than a _****** troll!! You won't be disappointed, they are a small Company in America**

I can’t remember ever dealing with a business that was so determined to make their customer’s experience so positive!!!! Had continuous messages back and forth to explain our issue, and for them to most definitely have us be VERY satisfied customers!!! Highly recommend them to everyone!!! MAGA!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!! I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY ORDER PLACED ON 1/20. THEY GAVE ME THE BS STORY THAT IT WAS PROBABLY LOST. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS RESHIPPED ON 2/7. STILL NOTHING. MULTIBLE EMAILS SENT TO THEM AND I JUST RECEIVE MESSAGES STATING.. ORDER IS PROCESSING! I work in customer service so I know they are bsing. I will be doing a chargeback as well as going to the BBB and Attorney General as well. The sad thing is this was a gift for my brothers special Birthday back in January and I had nothing to give him.

I had ordered a Trump 2nd Term Executive Order pen in red After placing the order I found that there was an executive order pen in black which I preferred I contacted customer service via email asking if my order could be changed to the black pen and received an immediate response that the order was changed per my request Very pleased with the attention I received and how quickly my request was addressed and resolved.

My experience with Proud Patriots has been excellent. I love the products they make, which are great gifts to other proud right wing Americans. Or to have in your collection.
All of the products I have received have been great quality. I ordered the Trumpinator bobblehead figure, a Trumpinator I'll be back sticker, and Trump 10,000 dollar bill for my mother for Mother's Day and she loved them. This was back in 2023, now that Trump defied the left's attempts to destroy him (and America for that matter) and became the 47th president of the great USA, those gifts are even more AWESOME.
For my collection, I am really into the trading cards. I have over fifty of them. They come encased, graded gem mint 10 by WCG. Many of them have a story or description explaining the meaning behind the card on the back, for instance the 45th & 47th President of the USA card, capturing the moment in history.
My experience with their customer service has been A1 excellent.. sometimes they respond so fast I am surprised how quickly they received and responded to my email.
I love this company, I am a member of the trading card club so I receive and exclusive card each month capturing a significant moment during that month involving Trump or just a cool design with meaning behind it. Highly recommend subscribing to this the cards are awesome. Only regret I have is not subscribing sooner.

This company has excellent customer service. I had an issue with an item and I emailed the company with a picture of my issue. They were prompt at replying and with a day had my new item sent out to me. The communication was very professional. I have ordered many items from them and will continue to do so. Thank you Proudpatriots for supporting something I believe in as I am a proud patriot of the USA.

Part 2. Your reply is very inaccurate! First, you did not get in touch with me first thing Monday morning and today I am still waiting for you to call me back. You did not send me an email until after PayPal sent you a dispute notice. At that point I received a generic reply. Second, you never answer my questions; you just keep saying the same thing over and over again. Your site says you can cancel, however there is no cancel link. Why don't disclose your shipping timeline up front. Instead, you wait until the order has been place. Now you want me to contact you again!!! I have already left at least 6 messages and numerous emails. What a joke!
