I had some questions about how to use bonus points, and eventually (once their system was restored after a brief interlude) I was able to have my questions answered...and they were answered very quickly.

Wow, one of the best companies I've ever dealt with on ordering something. It's taken 3 days for me to be able to get together what I wanted to order.
And Cheyenne was just absolutely wonderful and patient with multiple phone calls back-and-forth. For what should have been just a simple order on my part. Thank you so much. And the product is absolutely awesome. II just love it. They have something for everyone. Thank you again. How refreshing

I order the two dollar bills president trump 45-47 plus a gold card of president trump feb 04 2025 I have my confirmation number and I don’t receive my order yeah . When you call to the number their provide nome body answer the phone and their got my money $. 73.73 total . I need some answer about this matter please

Proudpatriots is a great company and the staff is AMAZING! They respond quickly and provide accurate and helpful information. Wish the US Government was this good! It will get there under our new leadership!

Cheyenne, of Customer Service, was most helpful. I will be receiving a replacement product for a damaged product.
Customer Service is responsive to customers. Just be patient, and persistent.

Any proud patriot conservative that is doing business with proud patriots, I can't see them leaving any negative reviews. I've been ordering from Proud Patriot for over 8 years, and i have never had an issue. I recently placed another order and received everything except the Donald Trump 2 bill. I sent an email and got a quick response. They asked for me to contact my local post office, and the post office replied saying there sorry it was delivered to a neighbor i forwarded the email to Proud Patriot and asked what the next move was to fix this and received an Email back saying they were sending another one and even gave an apology so please dont fall into the bad review that left-wing liberals had to post that bull shit 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Good grief! They brag that they " never answer" the phone number given and only responde to messages by email ... but the only email I get from them is zero... my purchase was over 10 days ago and just called discover again about non receipt of bought merch... so you can chance we it if you want to but I will never buy from them again. I think they maybe band wagon Trump supporters...
You know coat tail riders... my opinion based on my experience.

I order a pen and when I submitted my order I saw thier were 2 different pens. I sent an e mail told them I only wanted one pen.. it took a few days but they took 1pen off return my money to my account and they noticed my street was spelled wrong and fixed that also.... i believe they went above customer service. They did a great job thank you Tiffany for making that happen....

I contacted the customer service concerning my order and they were very quick to response with an update of my order. It was clear information and spot on. I received my order just as they had said. They also did a follow-up to make sure it had arrived. GREAT customer service!!!! I wish more businesses would take note.

I ordered the Trump Vance $2 bills on November 8th. They said they were delivered on December 2nd. They were never delivered. On January 3rd they said it was returned to sender and had me confirm my address. I did and they said they resent my order. On January 17th they once again said they were delivered. Is in the first time they were not delivered. I told them again I did not receive the order. On Jan 21st they emailed saying they would send it to the proper division to look into it. I have received nothing since them. Customer service seems to be nothing but bots. Will not answer the phone.

I got 2 of the bullet glasses and love them! I had a question about shipping and their customer service got back to me so fast I couldn't believe it.

I ordered a Pocket Patriot and it came broken. I contacted them and they sent a replacement immediately! I then received a second one it was broken as well. These guys were so sorry and are sending me another immediately too! Third times a charm 🤞🏽Bravo for their efforts 👏🏽👏🏽

I have had several great purchasing experiences with ProudPatriots! They are honest and offer a wide variety of fantastic patriotic products...and at great prices. Their customer service staff is extremely responsive, as I can personally attest to since I had an issue with one of the bobbleheads I purchased. It was promptly replaced and I couldn't be happier! Thank you to ProudPatriots and their entire staff!!!

Customer Service is above and beyond! One graphic was missing on the print of my hoodie- I contacted Customer service through the website contact link-- they responded in a timely manner and made things right AND more! Their products are comfortable and top notch! I cannot thank you enough- Proud Patriots - for the service I received!

8 days after placing an order they still will not provide acknowledgment of the order, NOR a tracking number, NOR a response to my emails asking about it. Just a generic response that says “we’ll contact you within 48hrs”…..yet that was 4 days ago. Funny they turned off the review section of their website, canceled their FB account and you can’t find them on Google. I bet the BBB can find them tomorrow when I file a fraud complaint. What a horrible excuse for a “USA patriot” company.
