Be willing to exchange clothes for size. They told that I ordered the wrong size. I didn’t. I KNOW my size. They sent a hoodie marked XL that looks like a medium. They refuse to help so I’m stuck

I gave them 5 stars because the products they put out are amazing .I ordered 5 of the trump 2 dollar bills and when they showed up I was beyond pleased with their products. I support businesses in the USA..

Proudpatriots is a great company with quality products. I bought 5 of their Trump glasses for Christmas gifts and they were loved by all! The packaging is great so that nothing was cracked or broken. I definitely will purchase from them again.

I have been purchasing bobble heads from Proud Patriots since they came out with the first one. When I purchased the platinum Trump with flag bobble head. The package arrived with a damaged box, it had a small tear on the opening tab. I contacted customer service and a replacement was on its way. I have also had some delivery issues and customer service responded to my email within hours. This is a 5 star company, it’s all in the name Proud Patriots. I really enjoy doing business with them! The worst! Don't waste your money or your time...
I wish I would have read others' reviews before ordering from this scam company. They should not be allowed to use the name "PROUD PATRIOTS" they are anything but Proud!
My credit card was charged immediately upon placing my order. That was 14 days ago and I still have not received my order - probably never will.
I emailed several times only to receive an auto-reply they will get back in 48 hours. Have emailed 4 times at no avail and no answers.

Their shipping time of two weeks not including weekends is absolutely ridiculous this day and age. I like the product but when you can order the same thing on Amazon and have it in 3 or 4 days is a sad. 🇺🇲

I ordered 2 gifts prior to Christmas but based on their website disclaimer, I knew they would not arrive in time. I reached out after the holiday as I had not received a shipping notice and they quickly responded. I received the items shortly thereafter. Thank you for your help!

I ordered the Trump cocktail glasses and when I received my confirmation I realized I didn't order the style I wanted (there are 3 different styles). I emailed ProudPatriots and asked about sending the style I wanted, but it was easier (and quicker) to cancel my orig order and order the correct style. All this was done by their Customer Service. I received the correct style very shortly after their promise to send the ones I wanted. Thanks to the Customer Service staff.

Excellent service, I had made a mistake in a shipping address, and they were on it within minutes and got it corrected

I made a couple of orders and was totally pleased and happy with the product!! One of my orders got returned and it was my own fault since I put the wrong city, state and zip. I got a very timely response and they were so kind and helpful and shipped it again without further expense to me. Could not ask for a better customer service experience and will certainly be a repeat customer! They are MAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT AGAIN!!!!

After 3 weeks I received an email stating a "shipping label has been printed" but according to UPS tracking, nothing has been shipped. Just another stall tactic!

The worst possible customer service experience you can imagine. We ordered four Donald Trump tumblers with the bullet in each of them and a bumble head. We ordered these gifts and had them shipped directly to one of the companies we do business with. But our purchases never made it. Instead they sent mysterious things that we never ordered like socks. The shipment never arrived the purchase about $135 in total we’ve tried to call but they don’t take messages there’s not an ability to leave a message and when you send a complaint via email, it is responded to by an automated system. Will probably never see the $135 again or the product. I think this company is based out of China. I’m glad we only made the one purchase through them. We normally purchase gifts in December for corporate clients. We’ll just continue to order from Harriet and David and never referred these people again. I’m actually friends with President Trump and I’m going to contact him about what we’ve experienced here. Ask if he’d consider asking merchandise with his likeness be pulled from their shelves.
01/09/2024 I see the response but it took over a week and me calling for hours and finally tracked down the supplier. Made a call to the supplier and they told me how to resolve all of this. Thanks to BenShot and their customer service this issue is being handled.

I had a discount code that showed but then removed itself at checkout. I noticed my sale confirmation had the wrong total so I reached out. They never responded. I requested they cancel my order before it ever even sent - never answered.

Ordered a Talking Trumpinator Bear Shows it was delivered but i never received it. It was to be a gift for my grand daughter.

Wish I could give a negative score. I didn't sign up for their emails and I can't stop them. I report the emails as phishing and block the company, but it doesn't work. You can't unsubscribe. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and that hasn't stopped the emails though the company said they removed my email address from their database. I HATE Trump so these intrusions into my personal life causes me emotional distress. I also can't seem to get Microsoft Outlook to stop the emails. Aghhhhh!!!

I only gave 1 star because I had to click something in order to write my review. I have unsubscribed several times (despite never signing up in the first place), and I continue to receive emails offering me trump "collectibles" I do not want. I don't like trump - he's a racist and a bigot and so are his followers. The fact that I keep receiving these emails are now bordering on harassment and everyone who ordered from them expecting something different from how trump himself operates as a "business man" deserve exactly what you get!

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM PLAIN AND SIMPLE. I ORDERED SOME COLLECTIBLES AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T SHIPPED IN 3 WEEKS. CUSTOMER PHONE JUST SAYS LEAVE A MESSAGE AND EMAIL JUST SAYS SOMEONE WILL GET BACK WITH YOU. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Did NOT Sign up in ANY WAY Shape or Form.
Received 2 emails on 12/3/2024 from "Proud Patriots", the 1st was 250 points for "signing up" and the 2nd a Welcome Email.
I had never heard of this company, and would never sign up, or buy merch from one.
