Don’t waist your time with this company. Ordered 2 hats 3 weeks ago and they just now shipped. The shipping is taking a week. So if you think you are going to get anything in a normal timeframe, you would be wrong.

This is the worst company in America. They provide no way to change or cancel an order, do not answer phones, or respond to messages. Must be an offshore scam or something. AVOID AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered something on Nov. 11, hoping to have it in time to bring as a gift on Thanksgiving. As of Nov. 26, my item still has not shipped. There is no way to get a live person to discuss my order. Considering that I paid full retail for this item that I could have purchased for less on Amazon, and have received already, I would have expected they would at least take a phone call. I left a voice message on their order line and they never called back. On November 27, they let me know they created a label. Still not shipped. Do not order from Proud Patriots if you want your purchase by the holidays.

This company must be a scam. They have nothing to do with true patriotism. Customer service is almost non existent and what little they do is a joke. They actually lied to me about my shipment. Do NOT deal with them!!!!!

I bought 2 hats that looked like they were made by blind child labor workers. Very thin material (Almost see-through). The bill of the hat is crooked. Not worth the money or the wait. I'm sure I can get a better quality from Temu. Very disappointed

I have to say I'm extremely disappointed to open this box and find that the Trump bobblehead I bought was made in china. CHINA!?!?! Your website name is literally called ProudPatriots so what the hell are you doing outsourcing your products to be made in china? Just in it to make money off of Trump supporters? You are DEFINITELY NOT Proud Patriots. You are in it for the $$$. You would rather pay pennies on the dollar to foreign workers than to Americans for a higher wage. Please post on your website that your bobbleheads and who knows what else are made in china and see what REAL Proud Patriots will pay for your products.

I have dealt with many companies in my life, some good some bad, but proud Patriots, oh my word! These guys are on top of their game! Anytime I've had any kind of problem whatsoever they have gotten back with me in a very timely manner and have done everything possible to resolve the issue 100%! I sincerely wish every company could be like proud Patriots! What more can I say? They are definitely an awesome company, I love their products and their customer care is phenomenal! That's why I give them a five-star rating!

I had two orders that declined by my credit card. I wanted to contact Proud patriots to find out why the decline charges occurred and if I needed to reorder the items I wanted. The only way I could talk to them was by email and not by customer service agent. They said they would take 2 to 3 days to respond to my inquiry like they could give a care less. The fact that they only have one way communication, even when you try to place and order with them on the phone, also tells me they are a low-end business to do business with. I would not do business with them in the future, And I hope people take note of this as well when you're thinking of doing business with Proud patriots.

Proud patriots fraudulently charged my credit card and so far have refused to refund the charges even though I have never had any contact with them whatsoever.

NEVER do business with this firm. I have read articles in the NY Times about how they keep charging month to month unless you cancel the credit card.

Many people have paid $100 for a bronze bust that was completely made out of plastic. It literally says bronze bust. Is ANYTHING with Trump attached not a grift? At least they got refunds.

I purchased 2 of the " AWESOME " TRUMPINATOR BOBBLEHEADS from PROUD PATRIOTS and their #1 priority was to make sure i was satisfied and to deliver OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER CARE and that they certainly did !! One of my TRUMPINATOR BOBBLEHEADS arrived with some BOX damage which was done during the shipping process so i contacted the PROUD PATRIOTS TEAM hoping to ship the damaged one back for a replacement and the reply i received from them was ALL CLASS !! It read..." I HAVE GONE AHEAD AND REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT TO BE SHIPPED OUT TO YOU. YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SHIPPING THAT ONE BACK , JUST KEEP IT BECAUSE WE CARE MORE ABOUT OUR CUSTOMERS BEING HAPPY AND HAVING AN EASY EXPERIENCE WITH US ". How GOOD is THAT ?? A CLASS ACT !! I recently received the replacement and i couldn't be HAPPIER with it and the way the PROUD PATRIOTS TEAM handled the situation. PROUD PATRIOTS = 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ALL DAY , EVERY DAY !!

I haven’t bought the trumpinator bear because i wanted to know where it was manufactured. China! Really! How can you call yourselves proud patriots. Doesn’t China make evough money off Americans!! Bring the jobs home where they should be! Thank you! Written by a True American…Navajo-Apache.

Been waiting 2 months for them to ship my Trump elf on a shelf

The SCAMMED me. I ordered Trump bobble head for $10. They secretly signed me up for their subscription and were charging me $20 a month, I didn't notice for 3 months so now They have stolen $60 out of me!! Don't buy from them!!!!

Just received the nickel anniversary Morgan silver dollar. If you made one with the CC mintmark, you would sell HUNDREDS.

Ordered the bundle of 5 coins that never came. USPS claims they created a shipping label but never provided product, seller claims the mail lost it. Obviously a bot email response. In the process of a dispute with my bank to get my $106 back. Proud patriots my ass.
