Bought hoop earings at Christmas. Wore them 3 times and they broke on the 3rd wear. 9ct gold hoop obviously very poorly made. Don't waste your money go elsewhere.

Terrible product! Received a rose gold wide band ring for Christmas from my partner and it dinted and scratched within hours. It also left my finger with terrible dermatitis from the moisture underneath due to a weird lip on the inner rims of the ring. Tried to get it exchange for another ring but was told it was not damage cause by faulty product but by me. Will not be buying anything else from Prouds. Very very disappointing.

Went to prouds today at Weatherill Park. Saw a pair of gold earrings priced at $99. So I went to purchase them. When the assistant scanned them she told me they are $139.50. I said that's not what the ticket says in big bold writing. She said someone made a mistake and she can't over ride the computer and that she can't give them to me at $99. I said that it says $99 and that's what I should be paying. It's false advertising. I didn't bother arguing and left. Being a Saturday I couldn't even call head office to dispute it. But I will be calling on Monday.

They won't give a refund! Husband went to check yesterday and they said OK, but that staff member wasn't there today and the other two so called assistants said no! Brand new watch all still in package & with receipt

We were ðealt with ɓy Coby at Ľivingston and the service was excellent, couldn't have been better. Cobÿ was polite, courteous and knew the products.

They sent my Proud's purchased watch away to have battery replaced. It was available to be picked up after over 14 days. I was informed it could not be repaired as parts were no longer available. It is less than 3 years old. Staff asked if I would like to buy another watch. Thought I was being taken for a ride. I took my watch to a watchmaker. He advised he could see nothing mechanically wrong with my watch. He fitted a new battery and it is working fine. Thank you very much. After many years of shopping at Prouds I will never enter one of their stores again.

In the window of Prouds Franston there was a pendant that was half price according to the ticket. When I went to buy it I got told I couldnt buy it unless I bought something else with it. There was no sign to suggest this was the case. I left and they put the item back in the window. This is definitely misleading advertising.

i myself and husband had no bad experience with Prouds the staff were kind and helpful they knew what they were on about and when they relised i knew what i was talking about and no mucking around they stuck with honest down to earth service even if i hadnt known anything they still had exceptional service from them.

I purchased a gold chain at the Mt Hutton store and the clasp broke after 3 weeks, I took it back and the store replaced it at no cost. This clasp lasted approximately 2 months then also broke. I went back again and had the clasp replaced and I was charged $40. This clasp lasted about 3 months then broke again. Very disappointed with the poor quality, will not be shopping there again.

Have purchased from prouds many times but this time EPPING Vic store changed all that. Extremely incompetent in their work ethic a recent purchase for 2 rings was fraught with errors. Their manager is extremely rude and I had issues carrying on over 4 months. Would definitely advise to stay away from there at all costs.

Bought silver hoops 6 months ago and have only worn them twice. When I got them one of the arms felt a bit loose but the sales assistant assured me they would be Ok & were under warranty. Took them back with proof of purchase today as the said arm broke on the second wear. I was told nothing can we done as it is wear & tear due to silver being soft. Appalling! After only two wears? I will never shop here again. If they call wear & tear only two wears then their products must be of horrendous quality.

Repaired Watch Broken
My mother bought a watch from Prouds yesterday, she loved it a lot. At the store she told them to make some adjustments to it. When we brought it home it was really sturdy and so, we left it on the kitchen counter. But the next day when my mother tried it on, it was falling apart! Right after that we went to Prouds, we told them what had happened. After we asked politely what had happened. THEY HAD BLAMED IT ON MY MOTHER!!!! They said that she broke it. After that I said that she DID NOT BRAKE IT. So we told them to fix it. They said they will, but it will take 3 weeks! So we waited. But it turns out that they had already fixed by the FIRST WEEK! And had not told us!! We had taken the watch home. But the same thing happened!!!! We went back to the store and demanded our money back luckily they gave it to us without any problems. We gave the broken watch back. And never ever looked back! Don’t go to Prouds!!! They hurt innocent people!!

Bought a ring worth $6000. Their sales girl committed a certificate for diamond authentication. They were nice until they sold it and after that their behaviour changed. The manager called and was very rude. She also told me that I will have to pay for the diamond authentication certificate. If you are spending your hard earned $6000, please go to a proper diamond jeweller. I will sue them if I can.

Poor quality jewellery even if you spend upwards of $5000 on a single item. All jewellery stores owned by the JAMES PASCOE GROUP of New Zealand are exactly the same. Do not purchase from ANY of these businesses.

Very bad customer service i will never shopping again from Prouds

Prouds only have instore small finger rings.So if you are even medium size fingers they charge you 80 dollars to order one in your size.This bait advertising at its best.I will be calling the Accc and fair trading..I asked if they could show me where it states that they charge extra.Was told it's not for the customers it for the staff. So here I am with a 500 dollar gift card and they will not give me the money back.I asked if they told my husband that if they don't have a ring size they would charge extra. The answer was, no they wouldn't have told him as it's not part of the sales process. When I was walking out they 3 staff members laughed. Also the staff told me they only have upto size R ring store. BAIT ADVERTISING ...

I was asked to call customer service, its just rings and rings and when someone finally pick up they hang up.

Greedy for sales rather than helping a loyal customer by advising up coming sales and giving an option to purchase or wait a week and this was by a store manager. Why i'm writing this is because I asked is there any store sales coming up in the next week or so, I was advised NO then I find out the item went on sale 50 percent off a week later. Not happy at all, very disappointed.

Prouds in Belmont WA give good service and have lovely items. I love their silver jewellery. The Prouds store in the Morley Galleria, well their service stinks. The woman tried to sell me a ring that was just too tight for me. When I didn't buy the ring, she turned really horrible, so unprofessional. She wouldn't even call another Prouds store to see if they have it in my size. She said I'll have to do that myself. I rang them myself, but she still wouldn't speak to them. She is a very lazy, rude cow who doesn't deserve her pay nor her job. I'll never go back there again. This tallish foreign woman from England has NO retail training and should never work in retail serving customers.

Went to the Prouds Jewellers store in Mount Isa today for a simple battery change for my Tag Heuer. I was told that because the watch is not an in store item, they couldn't do it. What's the problem? I'm gonna pay and am sent away. Last time I buy or have anything to do with Prouds.
