Beware of dealing with this agent; it's a risky endeavor! Their business practices are shockingly unprofessional and uncouth. When it comes to refunding your deposit, prepare for an agonizingly prolonged process. To make matters worse, they conjure up excuses related to the apartment, often blaming wear and tear or pre-existing conditions, all in an attempt to avoid returning your deposit. My sincere advice is to steer clear of any dealings with them altogether, as they appear to disregard RERA guidelines for tenant interactions.

Olga Kapitannikova is such an amazing real estate agent in Dubai. She assisted me with a rental in Downtown when I first moved to Dubai in 2022. Olga is very professional, seamless in executing a transaction (nothing was too much trouble for her), and she dealt with all maintenance queries promptly.
