I found Provident Real Estate randomly online, as I had several other agencies. But, after a few calls and a meeting with Patric, my husband and I decided to stick to Provident. Patric understood exactly what we were looking for (which wasn’t so easy because this was our first property together), and the whole experience of viewing, communicating, and finally purchasing was seamless.

Provident helped me on handover, snagging, renting and then managing my properties in Dubai.
