Having bought a property which was a poor experience from one of the large developers. Trying to find a decent, professional and trustworth company to manage the rental was a concern.
Reached out to a few of the large firms and many did not respond or showed little interest, the exception of Provident.
From the 1st interaction Nishad was totally transparent, very clear on the process and engagement with Provident. Since then Nishad, Imee and the rest of the team have been superb. There was alot to sort out, all issue left behind by the developer and they ensured all items addressed, followed by the marketing and within 1week tenants found.
They wont be aware this is going online but my way of saying thanks!

However, I have recently experienced exceptional service in managing the handover of my apartment to a new tenant. The Provident team of Maria Sampang, Imee Escribano and Ahmad Fawad excelled themselves in presenting my Apartment in the best possible way, and finding a new tenant within a week of marketing it. Excellent teamwork , personal ownership to ensure everything was completed to my instructions, and on time. I cannot commend them highly enough. I`m very grateful.

Ishan and I were contacted by Imran Khan regarding snagging at our townhouse in Cherrywood’s. We had had so many issues with the developer Meraas and Imran Khan made things easier for us. He even turned up at the snagging and knew exactly what he was doing and what to look out for. The email he sent us was evident it wasn’t a typical Dubai agent and we decided to call him back and deal with him. It was a real pleasure speaking with him. He understood what we wanted and our end goal. We have given him our townhouse to lease for us and have instructed him to look for other units for us to buy. We are so happy to have come across him.
