I know a few real estate agents at Provident and had the pleasure of working with them in the past. However, only one of them stands out above the rest, Mr Youssef Sbeity. What sets him apart from all the other real estate agents, is his unwavering commitment to satisfy the needs of his clients and the way he has maintained transparency throughout this process. Purchasing a property in a highly sought area in Dubai, particularly a branded residence where investors from all over the world compete to secure a property investment proved to be a challenge, especially since I am based in Los Angeles. Since 2022, Youssef worked diligently to find the right off-plan property that met my criteria and high expectations, when most real estate agents would have given up on this lengthy and tedious undertaking.
