Customer service doesn't answer for a week and then is unaccommodating. I never received my package and instead of trying to help, they put the onus on me and gaslit me for not reaching out in time. Stay away from this company.

Horrible customer service! Apparently if you buy shoes at the sale price you can't send them back, even when they don't line up with arch right and it hurts your feet. Therefore I'm stuck with a pair of unwearable shoes. I'm convinced they know these issues and that's why they put them on sale to get rid of them. I could be wrong and I was excited for their supposed reason for doing what they do and in the USA and then bam they hit you with this. Small businesses wonder why be buying cheaper from other countries and this is why. People here like them would rather screw you over than to make a good name for themselves and stand behind their product! The kicker is that they won't even allow you to leave an honest review. They blocked me on all social media for leaving honest feedback and it wasn't even this harsh. Strictly factual to not buy at sale price bc you can't send them back and how the show hurt my foot and they still won't take it back. THAT is the only reason why they have so much positive feedback....they delete the negative. If you can't take the negative then DO BETTER!!

These shoes were great. After wearing them 20 times, the top separated from the sole. I emailed Psudo Customer Care- their response. (Apparently, I need to get better glue than the one Psudo used or buy a new one with a discount code.)

Despite their return policy and my return request having been approved, my shoes were mysteriously returned to me two months later (their acceptance having been rejected) with no credit given. My emails to their "Customer Service" went unanswered, so I kept the shoes. Taking them on vacation, my big toes hurt so much (in a size which should have been 1/2 too big) that I quit wearing them one day in.

These are truly most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I love Psudo shoes. Not only are they comfortable, fashionable, versatile, they give great support to your feet! for running, walking, jumping.

The best part about Psudo shoes is you can slip right into them! No tripping over laces. No tying & un-tying laces. Laces are annoying. Psudo shoes are quick & easy, just slip right in.

They are Made in USA. Very important to me. To buy locally made, well made products. Supporting local American workers, who are paid well for their work. No slave labor. Local made reduces your carbon footprint. No shipping 1000's of miles. Psudo shoes are made with recycled materials! I tell everyone I know about Psudo shoes.

What joke had high expectations. But really let down. Cheap ugly . I wanted to buy American. But I got let down. To tight slipping off. Waste of money do not buy these.

I'm obsessed with Psudo!

The fact that I can help the environment by alleviating plastic waste? Sign me up! Obviously buying from a newer online retailer can be a but scary. I've had issues in the past myself, but found this process seamless.

I had an issue with sizing due to the shoes running in whole sizes, but Brittnye made the process for exchanging so easy for me. I was having issues with their return portal, but she kindly took care of the whole transaction for me, without a constant back and forth.

The shoes themselves are so comfortable and easy to maintain if you follow their care instructions. I'm obsessed with the fun colors and I can't wait until they put out more.

Two points worth noting, particularly for first time Psudo customers:

First, you might want to consider the shipping terms that are hidden from you during your purchase. While Psudo shipped promptly, they did so using a FedEx product that would not let me manage my shipment. This became important when I learned the shipment would arrive while I was out of town. Lazy last mile carriers delivering to my apartment tend to ignore the requirement (posted by the apartment's management) not to leave stuff in unsecured areas in the lobby of my apartment. Ordinarily merchants (like Psudo) sign up for FedEx services that allow me to redirect the shipment to a safe FedEx location near me. I couldn't do that, apparently because Psudo elected to skip that feature - probably as a cost-savings option. That meant the product would arrive when I wasn't there, possibly where anyone could steal it, a real problem given that the box's exterior shouts out that the product is from Psudo. Even this would have been okay if, in fact, the last mile delivery agent actually delivered the parcel to my apartment - but they didn't. They left the box in an unsecured part of my lobby, where anyone could steal it. I asked in advance of delivery if Psudo could help, but instead Psudo told me it wasn't their problem if the parcel was stolen - they would have charged me even if the FedEx agent left the parcel in an unsecured location and it was stolen. I was on my own, and apparently always had been.

Second, the product as delivered was seriously problematic. The shoe/sneaker has a substantial removable plastic red insert, one that positioned my foot so high in the shoe there was no way for me to center and anchor my foot while wearing the shoe: there was nothing to keep my heel from slipping out, other than about a ridge that sits about one-quarter inch above the insert. If I took the insert out, the shoe would anchor my heel, but I lost the benefit of the sculpted insert. Lose, lose. I felt that I had no choice but to send it back.

Then, adding insult to injury, Psudo charged me $10 for shipping their un-useable product back to them. While Amazon has its myriad problems, it at least treats its customers better than Psudo - it doesn't charge for returns for Prime purchases.

Psudo, it's great that you're using recycled materials, but this is not the way to win support from American consumers.
