Quality product and great customer services
I chose 2 Rugged Rover harnesses for my quickly growing, large breed pups, mainly based on the reviews but also liked the range of styles. Very quick delivery.
When the harnesses arrived while they were excellent quality and fitted, it was also clear that they wouldn't fit much longer. Had a call with the company and they couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. No problems with exchanging and it was obvious that they wanted the best for me and the pups.
I get the impression that this is a smallish company, they knew their stock and products well having even commissioned independent strength testing. The sound of a happy dog barking in the background was also a reassuring sign.
I know I'll need to upgrade the harnesses as the pups grow and I'll definitely be a return customer.

I was unsure on which size to order .I spoke to Lisa and she was very helpful and advised me which size to order. Delivery was quick and the harness fitted and looked lovely on my dog Myla . I will definitely recommend and I will be buying again .

Great bag and perfect size for everything you would need on your walks
Great quality bag. Perfect size for dog walks.
I purchased a smaller one a while ago but decided to get this one as it’s a little bigger and the perfect size to hold a bottle of water (on hot summer days). It also has plenty of pockets for treats, poo bags and other things you would need. Super speedy service,

Brilliant
I wish I had found this company years ago. They supplied my first order very quickly and accurately. The harness is super quality and what I really love is I do not have to struggle getting over my dog's head, the clip to open it up is a great idea and has solved a daily struggle. Better for my dog and better for me. I am so happy with the harness that I have just ordered another.

Second-time customer.
Last year we purchased a harness for our little hound Polly Jean. It's brilliant; the harness and the hound have been all over the UK, swimming, walking, climbing etc... and the harness is as good as new. Yes, it's had a few washes, but so's Polly!
We recently rehomed another Cavalier, Albie. The first thing on our shopping list was another Pupclub harness and lead for him. Same quality; he loves it and everyone says how smart he looks.
