I've been trying so many different things for my teen son's acne over the past few years. I'm very careful about ingredients and always try to determine if the reviews are legitimate or not. I bought our first 3 month kit a few months ago. His skin started to look much better after using it for a few weeks, so when the 3 months was up I didn't reorder immediately. I just tried the next thing in the queue. But then it started to flare up again, so I went back to PuraU, and after the first month or so it really started to clear up again. I'm now a convert and will keep reordering. Thank you!

I have always had issues with a slow digestive system with bloating and constipation. I drink plenty of water and eat fairly well and have tried multiple things to try and ease this. I stumbled upon Purau while strolling Instagram and thought I have nothing to lose so I will give it a go and I am so glad I did. I have been having the Gut Fibre and Gut Glow. I have less bloating and have become more regular resulting in less stomach pain and feeling so much lighter. I would recommend this to anyone who struggles with their digestion.

Their products actually do what they say they will do. I have recommended thier gut fibre to my sister's who are very happy with their results. I'm 67 & have had gut issues all my life, to have finally found something that works leaves me speechless. I will be forever grateful to this company.

This is something that truly works. I’ve had bowel surgery as a baby and it’s affected my digestive system my whole life. I wasn’t aware of oral contraceptives side effects and being on that for a few years killed all my good gut bacteria. I was hit with hormonal acne coming off it for months. Reached out via email and their website after placing my order 5 days earlier and no shipping notification to cancel as I really required a fibre product and had waited for delivery advice, nothing so I decided to try and source locally. Rather than contact me they sent a shipping notification after the fact. No response to any of my correspondences. It’s now 10 days since ordering. No product and no communication! Such poor customer service which could have been handled so simply. Now I’ll never purchase again and will let my community know not to either.

My son and I have both started using the Advanced Program and we are so happy with the results already. My son has struggled with bad acne for over a year and had previously tried another brand of tablets for around a year without much improvement. I had also been struggling with a flare-up that I just couldn’t seem to get under control.
We are only on day 9, but my son’s skin has already cleared up so much and mine is nowhere near as red or inflamed. I feel like I’m getting my confidence back, which was such a great feeling!

After feeling bloated everyday and not having regular bowel movements I’ve found the gut balance and gut fibre has really helped me get back on track. You don’t get any weird side effects. The apple black current flavour is really yummy either warm or cold.

Return - No return was attempted.
The product - This is not the only gut fibre product out there but none of them deliver relief. This product turned my gut to slush. I had to get a colonic to clear it out. I do not recommend this product to address bowel issues.

I purchased 2 bags of Purau Gut Fibre and have been using for a little over a month now and have found that it has helped marginally. Probably the only benefit I have noticed is that it has reduced bloating, not entirely, but by a far bit. Still unsure if I will continue using or not. I'm not saying it's a bad product, it just may not be the right product for me.

i have struggled with acne for a while now. Ive tried ALL and i mean every type of skincare u can think of and nothing has seemed to actually work. Once I decided to try the gut fibre powder plus the skin health probiotics (i think thats what there called), idk if its one or the other but ever since i started taking them my skin has cleared up sooo much and i can actually go out in public feeling confident without makeup. But genuinely if ur ever stuck and nothing seems to work for ur skin i’d highly recommend trying these products as they have done wonders for me <333
