i have struggled with acne for a while now. Ive tried ALL and i mean every type of skincare u can think of and nothing has seemed to actually work. Once I decided to try the gut fibre powder plus the skin health probiotics (i think thats what there called), idk if its one or the other but ever since i started taking them my skin has cleared up sooo much and i can actually go out in public feeling confident without makeup. But genuinely if ur ever stuck and nothing seems to work for ur skin i’d highly recommend trying these products as they have done wonders for me <333

I ordered my parcel it took 9 days to get it, It was express priority post. If u wanna chat to anyone bout your parcel they don't get back to you until next day. I didn't receive my electric mixer and e books recipe books in my parcel I paid $116 😡 They gave me $30 store credit to my account, so you can order mixer with (free shipping) they charge you for shipping $7.00 AUD and shipping protection $3.00 AUD. To me this company just wants you money I'm not happy!!! 😡

I’ve had a look into this and can see that our team has already popped the mixer into your order and fully rectified the issue for you. It looks like there was unfortunately a glitch at checkout, as the codes being used should have covered both the mixer and its shipping, so you shouldn’t have been charged for those.
I also just wanted to clarify that shipping protection is completely optional and is not mandatory when placing an order. It can be removed at checkout if you don’t wish to add it.
In terms of dispatch, our orders are dispatched within 48–72 hours on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. During particularly busy periods, we ask customers to allow 3–5 business days for dispatch due to the large volume of orders we’re processing.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
I can also see on our system that the mixer has now been delivered, so I’m glad to see this has been fully sorted by the team.

teenage son struggling with acne…
As a mum of a teenage son struggling with acne, I felt like we’d tried almost everything without much success.
After speaking with the team at Purau, they recommended starting with the shortest treatment rather than encouraging me to buy the most expensive option. That immediately gave me confidence that they genuinely wanted to help, not just make a sale.
Within the first couple of weeks, my son’s skin improved dramatically. A short time later his skin became noticeably worse, which was understandably worrying. I reached out to the team and they reassured me that, for some people, this can happen as their skin detox's and adjusts. They encouraged us to persevere, continued answering my questions, and never made me feel like we were on our own.
What I’ve appreciated most is the support. Even though everything is done remotely, they’ve always been approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. You really get the feeling that many of the team have been through similar experiences themselves and genuinely want to help others achieve long-term results.
One thing that has really stood out to me is my son’s confidence in the programme. At 12 years old, boys generally aren’t interested in talking about skincare, yet he’s happily told his basketball teammates about Purau because he’s genuinely excited by the difference he’s seen. As a mum, that probably says more than anything I could write.
As a single mum, I have to be very careful with where I spend my money, so unfortunately we haven’t been able to keep the products in constant supply. Even so, this has been the most effective approach we’ve found so far, and as soon as our budget allows, we’ll definitely be continuing.
Alongside the supplements, we’ve kept his skincare routine very simple, just rinsing with warm water twice a day, gentle exfoliation a couple of times a week and moisturising with Cetaphil with an SPF. For us, that combination, together with Purau, has worked far better than trying lots of different expensive topical products. Save your dollars and invest in Purau’s products would be my suggestion.
Thank you to everyone at Purau for your patience, encouragement and ongoing support. You’ve not only helped improve my son’s skin, you’ve also helped rebuild his confidence, and for a teenage boy, that’s priceless. 🙏🏻

We actually made the decision not to include a scoop in our packaging as part of our commitment to being as eco-friendly and plastic conscious as possible. We truly want to do our part in reducing plastic waste wherever we can! However, we are currently working in the background to include scoops moving forward as it has been a request from most of our customers.
As of the moment, here are the measurements:
Gut Fibre (7g) = approximately 1.5 level tablespoons
GutGlow Collagen (15g) = approximately 1 heaped tablespoon
The key thing to understand is that grams measure weight while teaspoons and tablespoons measure volume, and different powders have different densities which means the same weight can take up very different amounts of space.
The Gut Fibre is a lighter, less dense powder which means it takes up more volume to reach 7g. So yes, 7g of Gut Fibre is approximately 1.5 level tablespoons.
The GutGlow Collagen on the other hand is a denser powder, so 15g is approximately 1 heaped tablespoon as it packs more weight into a smaller volume.
We always recommend using a kitchen scale if you want to be completely precise but those measurements should get you very close!
We also left you a code in your parcel. But in case you missed it, no worries at all! We have emailed the codes to you again for your convenience.
We hope that clears things up and please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions at all.
Just buy the product! Once you have it, you’ll know what the fuss is about!
I genuinely can’t recommend Purau enough!
After two years of appointments with gynaecologists and colorectal surgeons for my chronic pelvic pain and bowel issues, I’d been told to take different types of fibre… Fibrogel, tablets, powders… and constantly alternate between them because they all did different things. Buyer beware….I have ordered my product…
Buyer beware….I have ordered my product and paid on the 8th and it is now the 27th July without delivery or update. No tracking updates provided. Company is holding courier service responsible. courier service has no information on collection of product being made available. Support team takes 1-2 days to reply. I have requested a refund and not been provided with one. I have lost confidence with seller. . I am happy to update my position once a refund is received. Additionally Using the shop app has limited capabilities for customer to report issues with product delivery.
I have still not received my refund requested , they returned $30 for product they could not supply, no mixer and still waiting for balance to be repaid.

If that’s the product you ordered, please let us know and we can explain the timeline around this for you.
For our usual dispatch timeframe, orders are dispatched within 48–72 hours on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Fantastic products. The only fibre I have ever taken that has not upset my stomach or caused me to feel more bloated. The collagen is seriously a glow from the inside, within weeks I was getting so many compliments on my glowing hair and skin 😍

Thank you so much for reaching out and we are sorry to hear you have not noticed any changes yet. We completely understand how discouraging that can feel especially when you have been dealing with IBS-D.
Due to the vast range of ingredients we use and because we are all beautifully biologically different, the amount of time it takes to notice a difference can vary quite a lot from person to person depending on individual specific circumstances.
For someone who has been managing IBS for a long time or even for years, 20 days may not be enough time for the gut to begin rebalancing in a noticeable way. Conditions like IBS-D that have been present for a while often need more consistent and extended support before the body starts to respond, so please do not be disheartened just yet!
The 20 day Starter Program is a great introduction but it is generally designed as a short course. For more significant or longstanding gut concerns we would always recommend a longer duration program to give the ingredients the time they need to compound and build a stronger foundation from the inside out.
