I ordered from Purefeel Nov. 23, 2019. My order consisted of two car LED lights that came to almost 40$ and four chair covers that was about 28$....I waited patiently. I had to email them a month later about my order for them to tell me that it was on its way. Another three weeks went by without receiving the order, so I made a claim with paypal. A week after I made the claim, the order arrived incorrect. They short me two chair covers, and now they're unreachable. This is unacceptable. I will NOT be ordering from them ever again. If I knew they would refund my money right a way, I'll send everything back!!

They sent me the wrong chair covers and won't admit that the sent me the wrong product. Have tried several times to contact them but to no avail. I will see if I can drop by their so called warehouse address that they had on their packages sent.

Please don't buy anything from this site.

Tried to return the chair covers I bought as they were no where near the colour that I ordered. I have received no response to my numerous requests to return items and receive a refund.
Do not order from this company EVER!

Today 1-2-2020 I received my order from 10-21-19. Only one email stating the order is in process. Then an email with a tracking # . Every time I tracked it it was in customs. Clue #1 it is coming from CHINA. The product that arrived today is a FAR CRY from the picture that they showed. These were advertised as Star Burst Lights, use indoors or outside, long cords, remote control. The item sent to me can only be used inside in a box or vase. They are bendable wires with lights that look like a drop of water, a 12 inch cord and a battery box. I hope the government gets a hold of this company and puts them out of business. BAD BAD COMPANY

I started to wonder when there was no tracking ability or the fact they continued to say being processed, but arrived before 2 weeks and they are great! They look fantastic! Reading these reviews I'm thankful!

I order over a month ago I email them telling me to be patient I still have not received my order should have Look at the reviews first never again will I order from this company scam

Wow, why don't they tell you they are in China? Either it will come 6 months late, it won't be what you ordered, and good luck getting your money back. I order NOTHING from China. NOTHING!!

I ordered chair covers back in November and their website says delivered in 5 to 10 business days internationally. What a scam. My order has been sitting in LA for 3 weeks. I emailed the company 3 times with no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They already took my money and I don 't know if I'll ever get my stuff

Ordered felt Christmas tree for grandson on November 3rd. Still have not received. 1 wk till Christmas what a joke. Will be sending back as soon as received.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.
They sent me the WRONG colour then said it was a "slight" colour variance therefore acceptable. What the????

This place is a racket. Ordered 3 weeks ago took them two weeks to tell me to "be patient". Finally got tracking still in China. So much for getting it in time for holiday dinner. Can't talk to anyone and looks like shipment in limbo. I'm doubting I'll ever see my order before the end of the year. Do yourself a favor make your own! NEVER again.

Don't buy to this company. No respond or update what happen to the products you purchase. STILL WAITING THE PRODUCTS I PURCHASE. PLS. DONT BUY ....

I put in an order for lounge chair covers on 30th of November 2019 in good faith on the recommendation of a friend. Being so close to Christmas I expected it would take up to 6 weeks for it to be delivered. But on having a close look after 2 weeks my order status says its unfulfilled. I have emailed the company asking for a full refund as there is no way of tracking the order. .How frustrating can it get. Don't put in an order seriously. I should have done my research than trust word of mouth.

I did not purchase these covers. I went to the site to look at them, and next I see that I'm a verified purchaser which is not the case. This raises a red flag for me. Don't buy!

I wish I could give zero stars , scam artists who completely lie about what they are selling and then when it comes to a refund sure but you have to pay return shipping to CHINA garbage company do not buy anything from them

This company is a scam. I ordered 6 seat covers on 11/24. They have taken my money already, order has not been shipped as of 12/1. I have emailed them regarding order and got no response. I have also emailed them to cancel order and no response. I will be filing a complaint wit BBB as well as have my bank go after them for my money bank. I so hot recommend buying anything from this company. TOTAL SCAM!!

Ordered 8 sets of cascading lights at 4.95. Paid 55 American and they sent one set saying I ordered 8 pieces and because the string of lights have 8 bars in them my order is complete . This is a total scam

I ordered covers over a year ago, paid by debit card, and have a it received any products.

Ordered Christmas chairs covers which were a complete disaster, stitching is appalling with only 1 cover of the 4 with the correct design the other 3 were all over the place ending with upside down reindeer on the back. Eventually offered refund upon returning them to China, numerous emails later still no refund after 3 months. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

I have ordered seat covers twice. Yes it takes weeks for them to arrive. The first order was exactly what I ordered. I was pleased.
The second order was a nightmare Iafter weeks waiting I received them... They sent me the wrong pattern, wro g color, then I went back and forth with their "customer service". They insisted the order was correct.. They said to return them to China and refund will be issued... The cost to ship them back negated the reorder. I will Never order from this firm and now I am sceptical to order from China again... Read return policy carefully folks.
