Friendly with good customer service. Nice facilities. Reasonable prices.

Dishonest people who work there. Lots of people live in there storage unit and will rob you blind. Management is high on some type of narcotics and will steal your debit information if you give too much of your own personal information. I am currently filing a lawsuit.

I have rented from purely storage twice and have no reservations. I would recommend them to anyone. They're open seven days a week, very clean, secure and excellent customer sevice.

Clean facility and great customer service

The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because the manager, Dodie was AWESOME. She made everything easy and we communicated well, and she was empathetic to our situation of moving from out of state. HOWEVER, This storage facility is infested with mice and homeless people. Our belongings were covered with mice feces after only being stored for a short time. We stopped in frequently to move and store things and there was always homeless people lurking, hanging out or sleeping in the stair well areas, and a few times we could even hear them fighting. I did not feel safe coming and going especially late at night and when I was alone with my 2 small children. It borders a pretty rough area of town. and sits next to a huge open desert (Explaining the mice?) Anyway, I would not use this place again. Over half of our stuff had to be thrown out because of rodent damage.

This storage Purely storage has excellent management they are understanding willing to take time stop and listen to their customers needs and problems very clean place anyone would be happy with them they do the most important thing show respect for everyone I would recommend thier service to everyone

Purely Storage has the best prices in town. I reserved on line during the rainy season. I called in prior to arrival and the gal advised me that she swapped me into a different unit as the one assigned had a leak. Fast rental process. Well informed of key rules.
Cane in a few weeks later with a question and was informed of a recent tenet mailer which notified benifit attached to the insurance available to purachase through the office. Very friendly group.

I was notified promptly of my deficiency, and was aided by the attendant to rectify the issue. I am satisfied that Purely Storage is competent and efficient, and conscientious while making their security rounds.

The manager Robin at the Merced facility was always helpful and courteous....and most importantly to me, she always answered the phone during business hours to help you!
I’ve had many storage units both in and out of Merced, and have had trouble with each one at different times not answering their phones, so I have to drive to the office, sometimes only to find no one there! Very frustrating to me!

The ladies that work there are very friendly and helpful.the place seems to be clean and we'll kept and the prices are reasonable. So to conclude so far so good I am happy with them

From the moment they answered the phone they completely and efficiently had my storage problem solved in no time at all. I highly recommend them and would use them again!
