The lady at the front desk was very nice to me she gave me an extra good deal because I'm in a domestic violence situation she helped me out in more ways than one I really appreciate the courtesy I was in and out in a Flash which I was running behind on an appointment and she made sure that I made it I would recommend this place to anyone

Excellent on site service ! Poor billing communication. I was late on my 1st monthly payment. Didn’t receive, or just missed any messages. My bad, maybe, but was there within a day to make it right. Cost me $15.00. They got paid, I’m moving out. I’m sorry for your billing problems. $15.00 is close 33% of my monthly total bill. Give people a break !!! We all make mistakes ! You lost nothing !!!

No brakes for a teacher
After moving my classroom into a storage unit here I found out this company will not prorate the month. I needed to put my classroom in storage due to changing schools in the upcoming school year. I needed a unit for two months and five days. I only needed five more days until I could move into my new classroom. I have to pay for an entire month. I will not be checking out of my until the month I’ve been required to pay for has expired.
Teachers have enough extra experiences. I am very disappointed that your storage company is one of them.

Great Customer Service
Office personnel, Robin, was extremely knowledgeable , friendly and professional in addressing all my questions and concerns ; in addition to processing the rental documents in a timely manner. It was a pleasure doing business with her. I felt she went the extra mile and also allowed me to use the facility hand roller cart to transport my items to my unit .
