For some reason there are frequent times I receive a call or a text and my phone does not sound the notification sound. Nothing at all. I have been told this is your problem because the proper signal is not being sent. If this is true please fix the problem. Thanks

Won't let me put my billing address in. Only line allows so many but mine needs more. Not a 2nd line. Annoying as hell on a smart phone.
Secondly, im not on auto pay. I get a not so nice email saying yall attempted to collect but failed. No calls, just a not so nice email.

I had Verizon for 15 yrs. Expensive, great cell service, but HORRIBLE customer service. I finally decided to stop supporting a company that did not value me as a customer, nor support my ideals. Switching to PureTalk was easy, there is no difference in cell service and I am now supporing AMERICANS. Oh, and did I mention I am paying literally 1/3 of what I was paying with Verizon?

We love Pure talk! You answer the phone live and always help us out, and your value is far superior to our last carrier!

The system seems to work - I've just never had a 5G connection - only LTE. However, PureTalk is WAY less expensive than Google Fi and certainly all of the T-Mobile, Verizon etc. crowd.

Every advantage of AT&T at one third of the price. Just wish I had listened to Mike Rowe earlier.

The price is right for the 2 lines. I support the organizations you contribute.

So far, just joining a few minutes ago, it’s been a pretty good experience.

The PureTalk customer service staff are all in the USA. They are easy to communicate with, and they are knowledgeable about the phones and services. I'm paying half for the same service from my local cable service.

Dealing with PureTalk was effortless, friendly, and polite. Best thing I ever did was switch to PureTalk.

The phone service has been fairly good. Getting hotspot and or 5G internet speeds has been really spotty.
