I have been with Pure Utilities since opening my salon in 2018, great service and helpful.

We submit the water meter readings each week by image and numbers.
We are then billed monthly.
System works well.
Thus satisfied customer.

This company were extremely efficient in organising and installing a water meter and have been extremely efficient in responding quickly to any queries that I have had in the meantime. In this day and age, their excellent customer support is a rarity and highly appreciated.

Great customer service and reasonably priced

Samantha and Sana talked me through the steps required to set up a new contract. Sana clearly explained the contract and Samantha the billing. They both made it as straight forward as possible. Very professional service.

ridiculous company sending me bills totally out of the blue for a shed that has no water or drainage

I have had to speak to customer services a number of times regarding my water supply over the past few months.
On every occasion the phone was answered promptly and the staff were always extremely friendly and helpful.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Jane who initially handled our account was really responsive. On her absence, Meera immediately took over our concerns and have patiently worked with us to resolve. Our refund was also processed speedily as soon as all issues were resolved.
