Impressive service
Very impressed with the experience of using Purplebricks. Of all the mortgage advisors I spoke to, Sophie H was by far the most knowledgeable. She was great in answering any questions I had, as well as guiding me through the full mortgage application process. Rachel D has also been a great case manager. Daniel C was also incredibly helpful in assisting with my application too. All in all, it’s been made a very easy experience by the Purplebricks team and I am pleased with my choice to use them.

lack of knowledge + multiple delays.
i would not recommend to use Purple Bricks.
The purchase of a property was made extremely difficult based on a lack of knowledge or expertise by the case manager. not taking the time to fully understand a request made by the lender or borrower caused multiple delays.
having been through this process multiple times, using Purple Bricks only made the entire purchase process harder.
