We visited the Boston store to choose our travel system. Staff was very helpful and none judgemental when we asked silly questions as first time parents to be. We were left alone to walk around the shop but staff always made sure they were available if we needed help or ask questions which made us very relaxed. We wanted to shop around before making our final decision. Staff didn’t press us to make our decision there and then. As we travelled to the store for 1,5 hours they recommended that if we decide to go with pushchair expert we should give the store a call to order or order the travel system online to make it easier for us. In the end we’ve made the order online and purchased Oyster 3 Luxury Bundle in Graphite next day delivery. The store phoned me straight away to inform me that the isofix was not in stock and gave me the option to receive the travel system the next day without the isofix or receive the whole order together once isofix was back in stock which would take few days. The travel system arrived the next day as I was too excited to wait additional few days and isofix followed 4 days later. Once unboxed we have noticed that the car seat was missing the extra infant head support and fortunately the store was able to sort it out for us. I was updated regularly via email and head support arrived promptly within a week. Thank you Dan.
Despite the small issues I am still happy to rate this company and service 5 stars. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Delivered early the next morning. Bag seems to be good so far, strong good quality and not to heavy. A little snug if using reusable nappies, I had to reduce how much I was taking out, however made me priorities what I needed more

After initially receiving an incorrect item as part of my order I emailed pushchair expert to try and resolve the issue. I received a fast response to my email and within 24hours of sending the email, the incorrect item had been collected from me and the correct item delivered! Within 24 hours! Cannot fault the customer service at all. 5* thank you Daniel

Fantastic Company!! If I could give them 10 stars I would. We called in on a weekend to ask for some advice on prams and car seats since everything has changed since I had my daughter many years ago. We weren’t planning on buying anything that day but the shop was so nice, the staff were amazing and they had so many different lines available to try that we bought pram, car seats and car seat bases that day. The women were so helpful. They spent time giving us all the information we needed, we weren’t rushed and weren’t pressured into buying at all. I’m normally one to shop around online but they did this for us while we were there and price matched against everything available online. When you’re spending £1500 it makes you feel confident you’ve got the best deal. There were hot and cold drinks while we were looking around and the toilets were immaculate. The follow up service was also faultless. I cannot recommend this place enough. It’s been a very long time since we have been somewhere and had such a great shopping experience all round.

Perfect shop for anyone looking for baby bits! We have bought almost every one of our nursery accessories, furniture, the pushchair from Pushchair Expert! The products are amazing, the staff are so friendly, chatty and informative - they really make you want to come back. With their price match option they become a one stop shop which is perfect, and helpful when there is so much to buy for your first.
