Bought one set last year that sparkled so bright! This year a neighbour gifted us a huge 8 foot tree, so we bought two more sets… love how the wire is so bendable and thin, and being indoor and outdoor is a huge plus. These 800 cluster lights in warm white lights are worth every penny ✨

Ihave bought lights from QBis in the past and they have been fabulous quality with super quick delivery. I bought some more some weeks ago and they stopped working so I e mailed the company. I received a reply minutes later from a lovely lady called Linda who genuinely cared about my problem and identified it as the transformer and said she would send another straightaway which she did. It came at once and the lights were working perfectly thanks to her product knowledge! I am absolutely blown away with such wonderful customer service and care. I can honestly say that they are the best and most genuine company I have ever had occasion to deal with. It's been such a pleasure. I can't praise you enough Linda and I will be buying all my lights from you in the future. Such kindness gives me a lovely warm feeling. This is a fantastic family small business which really cares about their customers.

They looks crafted rather than mass manufactured . These will be in my home all the year round, or put away and reused for years . It's the sign of good quality

This is the second order I’ve placed with Qbis. The products are high quality and good value. The service was outstanding; fast delivery and very helpful aftercare. One small part was damaged on receipt and Qbis kindly posted a replacement with no hassle. Recommended.

I had a recent dealing with this company with regards to a set of LED lights.
The lights in question are the sunset red orange & yellow LED lights on copper. Firstly I would just like to mention how absolutely unbelievably these lights are. I’ve put them in my fireplace and they look so warm and welcoming.

I originally bought a set which didn’t have a memory function so when they were turned off and on again they didn’t retain the chosen setting, which was something that was important to me as I wanted them to be ‘steady on’.
I returned them and bought a set which specifically stated they had a memory function. However, when they arrived, they didn’t seem to have a memory function at all and just did the same as the original set.
I contacted the company and the customer service was absolutely fantastic.
The gentleman I spoke to, Russell was actually on holiday, but he advised they definitely had lights with a memory function however, they had also stock of ones without and I had obviously mistakenly been sent the set without.
The company were prepared to let me use the lights until Russell returned from his holidays and could personally sort out the issue to ensure I received the correct set.
The moment he returned from his holidays he sent me out the set of lights with the memory function. They arrived super quick and once plugged in they were absolutely perfect and had a memory function.
They really are absolutely beautiful in a fireplace and for anywhere else where you want a really warm glow.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough, their customer service was absolutely first class and they displayed a real desire to make the customer happy, which is so rare nowadays.

If you want beautiful lights and exceptional customer service from a UK family business then look no further 👌🏼. I will 100% be buying again from Qbis.

I bought some led battery operated lights from this company via Ebay for an umbrella plant. They look great. The cable is soft and green so winds round the plant easily and unobtrusively and the lights are bright without being harsh or overpowering. Very happy!

I ordered these fairy lights through Amazon, not realising this was a family business. The lights arrived promptly of course, seeing as it was an Amazon delivery, and I was delighted with the product. It’s very different from normal Christmas lights, and I love the black wire and the way the lights themselves are arranged in little clusters of berries. They look amazing. I am very impressed with Qbis and would order from them again, perhaps directly next time.

This family-run company sells good quality lighting. I ordered some lights for our Christmas tree which arrived promptly. They were very good quality but I realised, as soon as I had seen them, that I had made a mistake and that the colours didn't go well with the rest of my room.
I returned them to the company and received a charming email from Linda, who is the co-owner with Russell. She quite understood my mistake and arranged for an instant refund.
Can't praise this company highly enough, especially for their exceptional Customer Service. Do feel that you can buy with confidence.

Great set of quality lights, just as portrayed on the website, well packaged and arrived the day after ordering.

Not the cheapest, but it seems you get what you pay for.
The 800 light set look brilliant in our house. The cabling is delicate but strong - the lights are supported by twisted green wires that look very well manufactured. This won’t be the last set we’ll buy from Qbis.

I purchased from Qbis Lights a set of their Christmas Berry lights, they are so beautiful I ordered another set, im totally in love with them, beautiful colours, plus the delivery was quick which was great as I left it so close to Christmas.
