I had to change my policy and spoke to Kaisey, who was super helpful and professional. My issue was sorted out very quickly which was much appreciated.

Got straight through to Qudos, renewed my policy without any issue. This was after previously telling them I was not going to renew (this wasn't due to me being unhappy with them, I am making my company dormant and possibly retiring☹️).

Every time I have contacted them about something over the last 2 years I have been with QDOS, it has always been quick and easy. Efficient team and great customer service. Kaisey in particular was helpful in helping me sort out the right level of cover for my business, upgrading the policies and cancelling the old ones. All was done within 10 mins on the phone.
