Again sent my medicine to old address after changing address on my profile. Has happened past 2 times and even after speaking to someone in administration still got it wrong

Great when you are unwell and need a day at home but not so unwell you need to see the doctor.
Great service, make an appointment, the doctor calls within the agreed time frame. Professional service, competent advice.

Quick, efficient and knowledgeable
The process was quick and easy and the doctor was able to provide an appropriate asthma action plan for my child. This was the 4th Telehealth doctor I had seen in 24 hours and the first 3 were not able to help me or delivered sub standard care. The first three were not through qoctor. I would use them again.
