I’ve ordered from Q’s bakery a number of times and I’ve had a great experience each time!
It’s so handy that a delivery service is also provided so when I’ve had key family events (including my own and brother’s pre-wedding events), I have been able to focus on running around for other things knowing that the cake is one thing I don’t have to worry about! Every time, the cakes have tasted amazing and they look just as good!

Cake was cute and exactly what I wanted! Came on time with no delays and the person who delivered went the extra mile to accommodate me being away from my address for the time of delivery!

Love Q’s bakery, i stumbled across this place on google search once and I have been a returning customer!! I have put so many people onto this bakery and everyone loves it too! Their service is quick, straightforward and their bento cakes are such good value for money, given the price of bento cakes i’ve seen online! The taste is great too and always consistent! It is better than other online bento cake sellers that i’ve tried and will definitely be back !!

I couldn’t be happier with the service. The bakes we ordered for my daughter’s first birthday were absolutely perfect. Q’s Bakery really listened to what I envisioned and brought it to life so beautifully. Everything exceeded my expectations. It was my first time to order from them. They delivered when it came to presentation and taste. Customer service was very good- easy to communicate. Prices are reasonable (hope they won’t go up). The cake and cupcakes were slightly dry. Only issue I had was to collect, would’ve been easier if they delivered all over London.

The cake was so sweet and the aftertaste was horrible.
