Not a happy customer ordered fruit scones and received cheese scones which were open
The carrot cake frost was all over the place lost half to the packaging
Shortbread biscuits are nice

I won't be ordering again

Fantastic cakes (lemon drizzle, carrot cake and almond and cherry). We've been using Huffkins for ages and the quality of their products has never disappointed. I'd go as far as to say that their lemon drizzle is the best on the market.

Delivery service was very speedy, cakes were well-packaged and therefore arrived undamaged.

I can here today on 21st June 2026 as John Lewis was closed and stated they had sold out to a 3rd party. I do not see what is so special about Huffmins.
The cheese and ham toastie was almost £14 shame the serve was not better. I ordered a Chai Lattee with oat milk and they brought me a matcha. I had to go back after 15 mins to ask where my drink was. The guy saw me and started to make it.
Will not be coming back here and will tell my friends and family to give it a miss. Either wait for John lewis cafe to reopen or find a place outside.

My husband and I rushed to get there before 4 o'clock which was the closing time mentioned on their website. We turned up a few minutes before 3.40 and were refused a table. We ended up with very expensive and very average cakes and cups of tea to take away. Never again. It used to be good but no longer worth it.

utterly disappointing. posh prices poor quality service! my moms tea pot, saucer and cup was dirty :( so she went back to get a clean one which was also dirty. completely unacceptable

Poor customer service diary milk latte when I asked for coconut.

They actually do not stock it but unable to say that bringing the wrong drink. I paid for a large sent back the diary milk latte received back a medium oat latte. When I paid for large one.
No customer services I complained radio silence
The coffee shop in John Lewis lacks basic customer service skills. Avoid no manners incompetent

My husband and I visited Huffkins cafe in Moreton in Marsh this morning. We were extremely disappointed to learn that the Belgian bun was not on offer and apparently is being phased out. What a HUGE mistake you are making in doing this. Instead, my husband had a hazelnut and dark chocolate croissant. It was not fresh and in his words “it was disgusting.” He left it. You will not be getting our custom again which is very sad as we have been visiting your cafes for many years.

Order was delayed, not delivered as ordered - partially refunded without any explanation or apology. Customer experience was poor all around.

I have ordered from Huffkins in the past. Everything was great. This time their delivery service DPD seemed to be a little defective.
Once I contacted Huffkins they immediately took care of the order. Even sent another order to our friends. They were very quick to remedy problem.

Excellent service could not fault anything

Communication was extremely good as I made a opps on the delivery address and this was correct for me immediately, thank you for that! Also the Larry cake that I receive was scrumptious!

The recipient was very happy with their hamper, which was delivered on time.

We loved Huffkins when we lived in the area and now we live far away but love that we can still enjoy the Lardy cakes! They arrive fresh and don’t last long!

These lardy cakes bring back lots of wonderful memories for people. I gift my elderly dad and father in law some every year and they absolutely love them. Great service, wonderfully fresh and packaged delightfully thank you

I don’t over exaggerate when I tell you that these are the most delicious chocolate biscuits that you will ever eat. I tried one at my brother‘s house over Christmas and searched for them extensively on the Internet. I ended up calling the bakery which had a different name to that on the box, to discover that they were exclusively available in hampers and gift boxes and through various retailers who brand them themselves, and so I couldn’t buy from them directly.
Enter Huffkins. I cannot tell you how happy I am to have discovered Huffkins who sell the boxes individually - they will have a customer out of me until my very last breath.
Please believe me, there is no chocolate biscuit tastier.
