Issue with registered email address
Issue with registered email address. No communication given that the rules for characters contained in addresses was changing. Resulted in down time. This was made worse by more poor communication for the fix.

Using Quadient at the office : an appalling experience/ client counsellor not replying to calls-emails
Using Quadient at the office (an adminsitration) I am appalled by the service: our client counsellor delivered the WRONG machines, we needed auto feed and got hand feed on 2 different sites. He also promised us to put back the return adresses on the mails without charging us. THIS NEVER WORKED. The issues has been going on for 10 days. He does not reply to our emails or our calls. We need to find an urgent solution and to get auto feed machines with a return adress asap. We also ask for compensation given the lost time. I will file a litigation : please reply to this email to avoid this.

We were able to finally resolve the issue with the device being blocked. The bill was paid but records hadn't updated to reflect this. But the operative was able to resolve this promptly.

Having to chase up
This is the second review I have done in the space of two weeks, had to contact Quadient again to chase missing money that was meant to be transferred onto the new franking machine. Luckily I spoke to Samantha again and she resolved my issue promptly but, again shouldn't have to waste time chasing money already owed and have messages saying the franking machine will be locked in one day.
