A remittance was incorrectly flagged again, despite this exact issue having been resolved approximately a year ago. We contacted support via email and phone, and were repeatedly passed between Support, Remittance, and Credit Control, with no one taking ownership of the case. We provided the remittance documentation multiple times.
Despite our follow-up attempts, we received no response from Credit Control. Only after sending a complaint email did the issue finally get resolved. In the meantime, our machine was locked for two weeks, causing unnecessary disruption.

Very poor customer service. Franking machine was out of use for 10 days, due to Quadient locking the account because of a missing payment from 2023 that suddenly popped out of the woodwork. The payment had in fact been made and remittance supplied yet it took over a week to resolve. No apology or communication other than a notification to let us know our support ticket had been resolved.
Almost impossible to get in contact with them. No one answers calls or emails.

She was very helpful and did not rush anything at all.

we've been a customer of Quadient for a good few years now, I've recently had several meetings with Jack Edwards regarding information on upgrading to new software, what amazed me was his eye for detail and knowledge, no question was left unanswered he would research or refer to his colleagues if he didn't know the answer and get back to me promptly with a reply, 10/10 for customer service and excellence he really put the customer first and nothing was too much trouble for him, the overall customer client experience provided by Jack was faultless

Tried to use three Quadient lockers a couple of days ago - the first one would scan the code but then didn't offer to print the label (despite having a label printer built into it), the next one would scan the barcode but the screen remained black and unusable, I then went to a third location to find it saying "Sorry, the drop off is temporarily disabled. Please find another place to drop your parcel."
Very frustrating and although the concept of supporting multiple couriers is good I'm yet to find one of these lockers actually working. In comparison the Amazon lockers just seem to work flawlessly.

Impossible to get a refund for a failed print because Quadient request a download that is impossible to generate as the tabs are unavailable in our software. A screenshot of proof of the purchased postage was not good enough. Not impressed at all.
