Terrible Invoicing and Customer Support

Terrible Invoicing and Customer Support

From a Finance team perspective this company is a nightmare. They take Direct Debits in the middle of the month but only produce invoices at the end of the month (if you are lucky!). The online portal is terrible, not showing past payments and when you click on Help, the chat agent doesn't work.

Very unhelpful staff

Our company had paid an invoice 2 months prior to a call received from Quadient, I contacted them to advise that the invoice has picked up with other invoices making a bulk payment, I tried explaining this on a call but the lady I spoke to was very unhelpful and quite rude!

Didn’t solve my issue, continuing problems with the equipment, passed from one person to the next. Really had a joyful day dealing with an issue that shouldn’t be happening.

Yes was resolved but the issue was…

Yes was resolved but the issue was internal Quadient not adding funds over the 2 week Xmas break - yes it is Xmas and we all need a break but customers still order kit and want such delivered - hence machine ran out of credit so could not process orders - plenty of money set to cover expected use - just not added to machine meter by Quadient.
#### The worst issue a 8 minute phone call cost our company £12 - we have three franking machines ( eg a customer whom spends on service contracts yearly ) we should not then be paying for high rate 'help us' phone calls - evenmore so when the issue was not our side.

John was able to confirm and guide me through the process with our franking machine. The experience was really helpful and informative, I would like to thank John again for the his help and professionalism.

An area that could possible be improved is to provide a direct contact number to the franking credifon team.

Emergency Credit Top Up

Tried to top up via Portal extra credit on franking machine but unable to do so. Waited on phone for 20 minutes before getting through to anyone.

Great service in the end

Great service in the end. But it took to serving notice for them to match another quote. Would be better if they would value loyalty. Having been with them for 18 years.

We have outstanding transactions from a…

We have outstanding transactions from a contract (s) in 2020 which look as though Quadient owe us money. It could be that we are missing invoices but I am being offered no assistance in resolving the problem to close our side of the ledger and getting mixed messages when I call. I was advised that we had over £250 in unused postage owing, but the latest message is that this is no statement available for the account number advised and no monies outstanding. how that can be said in the same sentence makes no sense
