I had some minor issues that needed…

I had some minor issues that needed resolving and had called and emailed Neopost (Still prefer that name to "Quadient") many times over the last month with no luck. So many messages were left for people to call me, but of course nobody ever did.
I eventually spoke with Hayley Napier who seems to be the only person in the company that could and would actually help with my issues. They need more Hayley's in the company to replace the rest of the unhelpful 'customer service' assistants and so-called 'business managers'.

Did not like the fact I had to set up…

Did not like the fact I had to set up the machine. For someone to come out and set up, I was quoted £200. + VAT

I originally requested a refund by…

I originally requested a refund by e-mail 26.01.2026, nothing has been sent despite chasing. Have now requested a refund again and advise should be returned within 1 week. On a positive note the lady I spoke to Lola was very professional and helpful over the issue

Try to make a payment by BACS

Try to make a payment by BACS, sent a remittance multiple times to the email it suggests. Turns out the inbox is not monitored so they block the franking machine until you call them and tell them to allocate the funds sent a month ago.
